Good management onsite. Elevators are a bit of a pain when someone is moving in/out. Overall it is a good building to live in. Many families with children. Pet and child friendly environment.

Reviews about condo buildings are so biased it’s not even funny. :cough cough: Honestly, this building is ok! It’s got its pros and cons. Firstly, you’re paying NOT that high of a rent compared to other buildings in the area. Sure, it’s a smaller building(21 floors), it’s not the sexiest or trendiest, and it’s not exactly in the center of things, but you get what you pay for. I live on a higher floor, and I have excellent views from the floor-to-ceiling windows in my bedroom. The living area has wood floors(whether it’s real hardwood or faux I don’t know); kitchen has big tiles; bedrooms have carpet. Modern appliances. Big sink. Balcony. Good-sized apartment. Very good location. As for the management, they’re ok. Actually, the guys in the first floor office are really nice. They’ve definitely helped me out a few times. The main office, which is offsite, can also be forgiving. What don’t I like about this building? 1. Elevators– sloooooow as fffff. Also, it’s not working like 40% of the time. But they do get it fixed ASAP at least! It’s usually fixed within a day. 2. Parking. They limit guest parking to 2 hours, although most get away with a lot more. Recently, however, some guests have been getting towed(those without the appropriate parking pass). Still it’s annoying. 3. Pool/gym. BLAHHH. The pool area is just embarrassing. I wish they made it just a tad fancier. Instead I’m forced to go to the Fontainebleau to swim. Whatevs. Who swims in their apartment complex pool anyways. 4. Weeknight security lady. She’s nice to me, but she can be flat out mean. Very intimidating woman who takes her job very seriously. Like I said, a-OK.

This building is poorly managed, very unprofessional. Building employees enter your apartments with out any notice, and Amenities are awful. I have had my bike stolen in parking garage,(security is a joke and rude). Management increased our security deposit for no apparent reason… Management is not helpful. Only tow elevators and if one is not broken it is occupied by someone moving out. It seems there is an average wait time of 15 minutes. Elevators are always dirty.
