Terrible customer service and a total waste of time for repairs. I can’t believe they are an authorized Apple Service provider.

If I could give them a negative rating I would. Please read, this will save you lots of money! My girlfriend took her computer to them 3 days ago. She had dropped a little bit of milk on her custom Macbook Pro worth $ 2,400+ After 3 days One Click told her that the repair cost was going to be $ 950. I told her not to pay for it, and to ask for a detailed report on the service they were going to perform and if they were replacing any part. One Click said they would hand out the report after the computer was fixed. And that the report was going to be provided by Apple. We knew they were trying to rip us off, so we took back our computer and took it to CPR, which is a small electronics store located at the Sedano’s shopping center on 107NW41st Ave. The person at CPR said to leave the computer with him for 3 hours. That he was just going to clean it. After 1 hour we receive a call for us to go pick up the computer. The REPAIR only cost us $ 75!!! We gave them a little more, because nowadays there is few honest and ethical people in this world. You are a ripoff One Click. I feel bad for those that have tried your service.

I came to this Authorized Apple Specialist when my iPhone wouldn’t power on. Upon checking with the Apple website to get it serviced under the warranty I picked this option over an actual Apple Store, and I’m happy I did. The Apple Store would’ve made me wait a whole week to get an appointment. l to have someone look at my phone. With One Click in Doral I was able to do a walk-in, and within 10 minutes one of their friendly specialists looked at my phone. He was not only able to power my phone back up but also ran the diagnostics that figured out the battery is faulty. He did tell me that with One Click I had to leave my device and wait several days to get the battery replaced. He advised that I get my appt at the Apple Store so that I may get a replacement on the spot. He was very solution oriented because he gave me options and got my phone to work again while I wait for my appointment later on at the Apple Store for a permanent fix. Based on this experience I would recommend One Click.

I had a problem with my phone and OneClick was able to fix it in 15 minutes free of charge. I didn’t have to wait a line or make an appointment. The two gentlemen working there at the moment we’re very kind and helpful. I’m very satisfied with my experience at OneClick.

I’m saddened to write this review of a company and a staff I once adored. I have been going to OneClick since literally the week they opened. I have always been very happy until the last two years, when they began expanding very rapidly. Now the staff is unprofessional and unpleasant. To make it worse, they lie about the policies that they have to operate under from Apple(verified independently by other Apple Specialists and Apple Corporate themselves) by holding your devices unnecessarily and assuming zero liability for them while parts are shipped — for up to a week. Now this — Apple charges $ 99 for iPad battery replacements, for ALL iPads, regardless of model or age or warranty status(except if covered by AppleCare) + $ 6.95 shipping fee. Total turnaround time is 3 – 5 business days. I was just told by OneClick that it would take 6 business days plus a $ 295 charge. I don’t know what has happened to this once awesome company — TRUE Apple addicts, guys and gals who actually we’re passionate about the products and knew what they were doing. It is sad and disappointing. The owner, who is now never reachable, would do well to learn from the folks at Computer Village. They may not have many branches(only one) or be as flashy, but they ARE honest, passionate, and not ripping off Apple users. Sad to say that I will no longer support this local business — because clearly they no longer care about me as a customer. I have been trying so hard for the last two years, yet every one of my experiences in that time has been absolutely terrible. From the other reviews on Unilocal I suspect I am not the only one.

I took my Macbook pro because the screen was like blinking some times, but the mac was fine, I was using an external monitor for over a month before took it to one click, So I took it for service, I was charged $ 59 for diagnostic, I few days latter I received a call telling me that the screen was repaired but now they need to replace the Hard Drive because was damaged and the mac not even turn on, a when and pick it up my now fully not working mac was not even booting, the damaged my mac and I lost not only all my info but also I Paid and extra $ 300 for the repairs of the hard Drive that they broke, not only that but the people was rude and trying to make me believe that the mac was damaged when a took it there, now reading the reviews i can see that this is not the only case about a «bad» Hard Drive that they are trying to «Repair”/ Sell » Be careful this people are scammer.

MACFANATIC, 4 Ipods, 2007 Macbook, 2011 MacbookPro, 2013 MacbookPro, 2011 Imac, 1st Generation Iphone, Iphone 3, iphone 3s, Iphone 4, 4s and Current Iphone 5, I live in Doral and I used to love this store, because there in no need to go, to mac store at dadeland mall or aventura, to buy accesories authorized by mac, everything was fine until a month ago, I took one of my macbookpro because it was crashing and not booting fine, So I take it for service, first of all I was charged $ 35 for diagnostic(In my very personal opinion if I’m an expert on something I would not charge for Diagnostic but anyways everybody is different) Well to make it quicker, I just a receive a call 3 days later telling me that my Hard Disk needs to be replace it, of course for more than $ 350, of course I throw my numbers and say no, What a surprise, 3 day later when I pick up my machine it was working perfect! So be careful my friends, a lot of scammer out there trying to make their living. One Click you guys just lost one faithful customer.

Drove from Brickell to this location last week to have my iMac fixed. I walked in struggling to carry my 27inch iMac into the store I realized I was the only person in the store which was perfect. However, the guy at the front desk was to busy surfing the internet did not acknowledge me until I asked him where i can put the computer down. He then did not want to bother helping me since he was so busy so he asked me to plug it in and told me how to do a self test.(what the heck am I paying your for then). Once i told him the test was done he decided it was more important to restock the iPad mini’s. At this point I was getting upset. However, a few minutes later a cute girl walked in the front door and he was more then willing to do whatever it took to assist. At that point I asked him to unplug my computer that I don’t have time for this and he stated you can go ahead and take care of that as I am with a customer. NEVERAGAIN!!! I then visited the location in the mall and the people over there were crawling all over me to assist. A gentleman by the name of Xavier was working on my iMac and called me every few hours to update me on what is going on. Amazing customer service!

I must say I was amazed to not find any negative reviews here, perhaps I had bad luck but anyways, here it goes: I hate to leave negative reviews, but I think this place deserves it. The purpose of this review is because I know what its like to be a a consumer trying not to get ripped off. Im a graphic Artist, I had heard of this place from a site, so decided to take in my Imac for repair there a month ago. I did not know what was wrong with it so I dropped it off at here and they ran a diagnostics(That they charged me for) but was fine as I know many of these places do. They tell me that what was wrong with my mac was that it had a Logic Board failure and it needed to be replaced. The cost close to $ 600! Not to mention an $ 80 fee simply to remove a stuck cd in the cd drive. I told them no thanks and payed them the fees charged. I thentook it to Apple Store(free diagnostic). It turned out that it was not the Board but simply the Hardrive that needed to be replaced, they charged me $ 240(parts and labor included). Really disapointed with this place. Telling me something thats not just to make money off of me. BECAREFUL with these so called«Mac experts». I really advise to take your machine to the source, that is to the Apple store. Theyre upfront and wont BS* you. Also, in my opinion much cheaper and use only apple quality parts. Just got back my Imac, problem fixed! Peace of mind :)

Thank you OneClick. I love having you close by and not having to wait in an Apple store forever to get an answer. This store has a nice variety of products and we easily found the power cord for my daughters computer and the wireless keyboard for my iPad. The individual who helped us was super nice, very knowledgeable and showed us options while being honest about what was good and the best for us without trying to up sell the costlier items. Love this store, glad it is around!

This store is fantastic, it is like a small Apple Store, they are authorized Apple dealers, without the crowds and double bonus for being exactly 1.245 miles from my humble abode. They carry everything you may need for your Apple product and provide the same service as well, did I mention, no wait? You’ve been to one Apple store, you’ve been to all, but then… you go to OneClick and it is a whole different ball game with the same products. Check it out, your time is valuable and they know it.

I was in the market for an Apple Air Port & was lucky enough to discover OneClick through a Groupon deal last week! OneClick is a smaller Apple dealer, that has all of the basic Mac products on hand, and can order anything you want. What separates OneClick from the other *Mac* stores around town is the great customer service offered up by Fernando. Instead of having to wait in a crazy long line or make an appointment, you can just walk into the store and purchase what you need. Not to mention that you are supporting a local small business instead of just purchasing directly from corporate. The product prices are the same as the corporate stores and they even have discounted items. It’s a bit out of my way in comparison to the other Mac stores, but miles apart in experience.
