I got my amazing Chanel glasses from this store and they were very very nice– the employees that is. Why wouldn’t they be? I spent over $ 400. They told me that I had a year warranty so when one of the rhinestones fell off, I sent them over. They told my mother(I live in SF) that they would take 2 wks. Then they told her that they lost them, that they dont know where they are, then they found them, then they sent them to Europe but they don’t have a tracking number. Really? You send valuable products to Europe and have no idea where the package is? Its been 2 months now… I still haven’t gotten them.. . The manager is CLUELESS and I’m just fed up with this roller coaster ride.
