Optima Lite Nails

I’ve been coming to this location for 10+ years. If you’re the type of person that needs an appointment this is not the place for you. They do walk-​ins primarily. Kim is probably the fastest one there. I do my nails with Lucky. She takes her time and is a perfectionist. I have never had an issue with the nails she’s done. I’m posting a couple
pics of her work. For pedicure & eyebrows I recommended Sophorn. She’s incredible at both. I only do my pedicure and eyebrows with her!

Worst manicure and pedicure. Rude and unfriendly. Also the manicurist put on loud salsa music on her phone, and I had to sit and listen to it for about an hour. The pedicure was done only superficially, you could tell she was just going through the motions. 32 dollars gone to waste. Nobody even helped me with my bag when I was trying to pay. Awful

Came this place for the first time! Only one person greeted you! I believe it was Paul! Any how I got my nails done by the older lady in the back! Cost me 22 for feet!!! My hands where Gel costs me a total 47 ridiculous amount!!! I would not complaining about the price if the job was well done! But it sucked and she suck!!! Make sure you know who you go to when you go to this nail salon!!!

This was my first visit to this location. The people are extremely rude and very unhelpful. I walked in, signed in with no wait, a girl came in after I did and they immediately took her before they took me. I have never seen a business ran this way. Maybe because she was a prissy, pretty princess and I came with my daughter. Regardless of who came in, they should have been fair and took the clients in order. I’m waiting to get my nails done because I’m already here, but I can tell you I will not be back unless they do something to really impress me. It’s a shame how they can’t even please new clients. They should be ashamed of themselves and the way they run a business.

I went for my 1^st time on Dec.30 don’t recommend this ever! But I decided to go back today to get my fill and had Kim again, I’m extremely happy that I didn’t let my 1^st experience dictate my decision to go back to an amazing nail artist KIM! Gotta say I’ll be going back every time I’m in need of my fill!!!

So we went here today at about 2:30 not looking it up online or anything (although now i wish i did) we just passed by and picked it. It is now 6pm and my nails are all smeared. The tech I had did not put a top coat on my nails. I went in with my friends and they sat her in her chair first, i was still picking my color. I asked which side of her they wanted me to sit on and the lady pointed me to the far end. We were the only two getting pedicures. I said no we came together can we sit together and she looked at me and said no and pointed me to the end. Never have i came across such a rude business! My toes look terrible. Theres paint all around them, a three year old could have done better. I wasted my money and my friend wasted hers. I would not reccomend this place to any of my friends or family. It is terrible and the only reason i am giving one star is because Unilocal made me.

If you can bear the wait and the lack of courtesy it’s worth it. A little rude but I guess they can afford to be since they’re open later than usual and are great with nails. Painstakingly great…

ive been going here for a while now and i have mixed emotions (more negative than not) they have a ridiculous wait time being that they dont take appointments (ive waited 2 – 3 hours every time ive gone) which is a BIG down side this this place. its not the cleanest and the staff is always loud and obnoxious. anyhow, ive always done my acrylic nails with kim and i loved the way she did them because they lasted forever. ive asked her to cut my cuticles and shes joked about it being $ 5 extra before while laughing but never actually charged me those extra $ 5. when i went to refill my nails one day she charged me $ 30!!! when their refill is usually $ 15 – 18 (not too sure) when i asked her why she said because of the $ 5 cuticle which still didnt make any sense especially since there wasn’t any design that’ll indicate such an insane price for this place and being that i just spent 4 hours in there waiting just to get a refill i wanted to get the heck out! i wouldn’t recommend this place unless u like spending ur WHOLE day waiting in a loud obnoxious place for a decent job. i always had to direct her if my nails weren’t even and if she had to put an extra coat of polish on them. Ugh!!! never ever again. save urself the time and money. this place isnt that good

They make you sign in and then wait hours! Not only that but the receptionist has no clue what’s going on, after waiting for an hour they skipped a girl in front of me who just walked in. I have no clue why they even have someone in the reception.

I love this place I can take whatever I decide I want and be always lucky she’s my girl love it. The best of the best doing nails

Seeing as how it’s been a while since I had been here (having now short nails) I decided to give this place another shot. I was snubbed not once but twice because all I needed was a simple manicure despite signing in. If this is how they do business, I can take mine elsewhere. No time for this. Just plain rude.
