Restaurant was empty — food was still slow! Maybe just not enough communication with the kitchen staff… benefit of the doubt. Good is great though :-)

I don’t eat meat or chicken so I was going 2 to-go orders of the shrimp, chow-mein and mixed vegetables. The mixed vegetables were empty and did not begin to start cooking for about 10 minutes after the servers were made aware. The shrimp left to serve was enough to fill about one to go containers but instead the server split them between the two containers and still charged the additional $ 1.25 per container even though it was well below the normal serving. I have been going to this Panda Express since 2011 and never had a serving so small. Extra vegetables or Chow-Mein was not added to compensate. Highly disappointed. The food is good but the service is horrible, super lazy. Sadly this is he closest location to me.

I just finished eating their angus steak. I have to tell you, it was one of the most delicious meals I’ve had. They have really redeemed themselves from the last time I was here. Kudos to the cook! Great job!

I come to this restaurant frequently and the ice machine has been broken for weeks so if you want ice they have to go to the back room and get you some. I came in today and the grill is broken and I was in able to get teriyaki chicken. And they had no brown rice.

Very disappointed in the service and food! It was 12:30 pm and they had no rice, orange chicken and only 2 cold spring rolls. They boxed up part of our order while we waited for the chicken and spring rolls. Therefore part of our food was cold. The staff was cold and aloof… no smiles here! Will not be back!

Panda in general serves up decent fast food Chinese food. That is until the staff is completely and utterly incompetent to do their job. Here’s a simple philosophical question: when do you fill up your gas tank? A. When your tank is full. B. When your tank is almost empty. C. When you’re completely out of gas and sitting on the side is the road. Helplessly. For the«A» team at this location, they’re happy with C. Why you may ask? Well isn’t it common sense to tell the cook to make more food when you’re almost out rather than tell him after you’re out? I ordered the teriyaki chicken and was told it would be a while cause there was a large order they were cooking. So instead of making more, they waited to the larger order to be almost done before making my portion. Waited for over 10 mins and they were just taking their time like your time didn’t matter. If they’re properly trained, which they weren’t, they would’ve known what basic steps they needed to do in order to run this business right. Sadly the $ 2−3M investment is such a waste with these minimum waged employees ruining it for their head office. What a travesty… And Obama wants to raise the minimum wage for these geniuses. He’s another idiot for saying so. Another observation… the Mexican cook had a pair of gloves on that he grabbed everything with. First he used both hands to grab raw meat and out it into a container. Then he grabbed vegetables. Then bottles of sauce, then he grabs on the handle and turns on the gas to cook. Then he holds the wok and to start cooking. Then he grabs a clean container for the food and transfer the food in that container. Then he walks up front and grabs the spoon that serves the food from the front container and exchanges the container and puts back the spoon. Wait a second… didn’t you grab raw chicken in the beginning to begin cooking and now you’ve contaminated everything you’ve touched with salmonella? Like I said… the«A» team at this location shines bright. I’d watch the lawsuits to follow with people getting food poisoning or hepatitis.

The place is okay. There food is often fresh if you come before 8pm. I do not know why they do not use white rice to make the fried rice but that is their choice I guess. I usually get white rice(non fried) anyway. Honestly, no complains. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is the people ordering the food that are usually slow. Very slow. Honestly, how hard is it to pick your food? It is not like you have never been here before. The place is fairly clean. The selections could be better but it is no big deal. What they have is usually good. Far from perfect but definitely good.

Panda Express is an American-Chinese Fusion. When you see their advert for Chinese Ribs, it becomes quite noticeable. For a Takeout service however, it was really good! I have to say however, both sides(the Fried Rice and the Noodles) are not great quality. The noodles look unappetizing and the Fried Rice seems bland. The Entrées however look VERY nice through the glass window when you’re trying to order. I wanted a little bit of everything, but to keep it healthy, I got the Biggest Entrée platter they had. For what I had: First off, Orange Chicken. A little too Hard for breaded chicken but the sauce other wise makes up for it. Honey Walnut Shrimp. DELICIOUS. It tasted like Freshwater Shrimp. I don’t know how, but this was the best Fried Shrimp I’ve eaten in a while. Finally, Broccoli Beef. Nothing special here. The Beef is Bland, and the sauce doesn’t help with the Veggies. I avoided the extra sides towards the Cash Register, such as the Egg Rolls and Cheese Rangoon’s, because they did not look that great, just like the Fried Rice and Noodles at the beginning. This isn’t a place that Shines for Sides, just the Main Course. Overall however, this is a very good place for a Lunch Break from work! The Prices are more than reasonable, so you’re not left with an empty stomach, or an empty wallet.

The noodles look terrible and hard so said no to those. Sadly, the orange chicken tasted and smelled like fish/shrimp– not cool when you expect chicken. They must have deep fried it together with the shrimp they offer. Never going here again. Dont say i didnt warn you.

Found a piece of hair in my food. Notified the associate and she said there was no manager in the building and she wouldn’t be able to do a refund! She then called the manager and asked me to come back tomorrow to speak with her and get a refund. I told her I live 20 minutes away and i wasn’t going to come back, she said she could give me a coupon for a free dinner. The coupon was expired, I called customer service and they are going to be mailing me a gift.

Okay, let’s get these facts straight first. 1) It’s not even REAL Chinese food. It’s super Americanized Chinese food. 2) It’s fast food. If the food isn’t a la carte, then it’s fast food. 3) It is a chain of stores and one cannot judge the chain by a sole restaurant. 4) In addition, all restaurants have a «rush period» that has individuals who are trying to get dinner/lunch etc… Anywhere you go, it’s going to be bad. I go here for comfort food. Truthfully, I love the Orange chicken and not much else. The occasional special they offer is nice, though the upcharge($ 1.25) sucks. The staff seems to be nice to me and the portions aren’t bad with the sole exception of me showing up literally 5 minutes before they locked the door. There wasn’t crap left and they tried to hook me up as best as they could. Yes, the later you go, the harder it’ll be to see ready spring rolls and egg rolls, but I actually prefer they make them on the spot; I’m guaranteed a hot one. Bathrooms I’ve seen are generally clean and the tables are usually clean. Their cutlery section is usually serviceable and mostly clean. Their chopsticks are made by the lowest bidder; they break unevenly about 75% to 80% of the time. I make sure to take several to ensure at least one breaks evenly. If you want something a little more upscale(read: expensive) and fast, then go to Pei Wei or even(one of my favs) P.F. Chang’s. If you want quick, decent, and relatively inexpensive, come to this place. It’s all about expectations. I know what to expect when I get to Panda Express. Happy Eating! =)

This Panda Express is nothing like the one in Pembroke Pines close to the Walmart. The staff at this location are unfriendly and stingy with their servings! We will def not be trying this one anytime soon!

My Favorite Panda Express in Miami! My sisters favorite Chinese food! An occasion when either my sister nor I want to cook a Panda solves the issue Expressively. By the time we get there and what we want is not on the window or empty, they’ll cook it for you on the spot. The service is very friendly and when in doubt they’ll give you free samples. They also helped me figure out how much food for certain amount of people and also getting the most with the cheapest price. I’m happy with this Panda and most definitely returning for more Express!

I went in here the other day really wanting some chinese and it’s really close to my place. The food is on bar with most chinese places but very limited with the selection.

I try to be nice and always try things twice before I judge but this place has no remedy. On both visits, I had the empty tray experience. Each tray had enough food for one serving and 4 other customers in line after me. The food did look good and fresh but taste was far from that. The pepper steak was chewy and you could almost taste the frozen microwaved effect on the food. I had no clue what I was eating because it all seemed mixed. The broccoli was the only thing that tasted real and somewhat ok. I did get a stomach ache on this last visit which tells me a lot about the food. I don’t easily get sick and can eat gun powder and pretty much everything else. I don’t have a problem with bad restaurants because I simply won’t return but what hurts the most is that I paid $ 18.67 for two plates of microwaved«wok-cooked» trash and 2 cokes. Someone please kick me in the b**** to get over this.

I always drove passed by this Panda Express on my way to work. Having gone to UM, Panda Express for lunch at the food court was my guilty pleasure, I knew it was really bad for you, but it was so good. My default meal was with the fire-cracker chicken and chow mein. I was so addicted to their food so much that my friends and I named our flag football intramural team. yes you guessed Panda Express, but that is another story. One day at worked I just had a relapsed and was craving some Panda. So I drove their and was all set to get my default meal and guess what? They didn’t have it. They only had 3 dishes available because most of it was gone. I got some bland noodles and steak and broccoli. I have eaten the same dishes at UM food court and it was cooked much better. So yeah, that kinda burst my Panda bubble.

I went to this store for dinner tonight. It is the closest to me, and 15 minutes or 8 miles from my home, and I made a special trip there. Tonight I went for dinner, so I called before I left to make sure I could get there in time. I was assured that they close at 9:00PM. I arrived at 8:30PM and waited for 15 minutes before anyone spoke to me as I watched one employee talk to a customer about catering and the other 3 or 4 employees clean the store. At 8:45, after standing at the counter for 15 minutes one guy finally put down is mop to ask me what I wanted. I ordered kung pow chicken and fried rice. He said he didn’t have any in which I replied«I can wait», after all I did go out of my way for this meal. He said the kitchen is closed. WTF! Really?! If you say your store closes at 9PM but I can’t order food because the kitchen is closed, then don’t you actually close when the kitchen is closed? And by the way WHATTIMEDOESTHEKITCHENCLOSE? This is an extremely bad service to tell someone you are open till a specific time yet you have nothing to serve and refuse to make something because your kitchen is close. I am upset with with this experience, and will not try to eat here again.

If you have nothing nice to say, say nothing at all. I’ve come here twice around what I consider rush time 7pm. A lot of trays were empty or half gone. I always see someone dressed like a «chef» sitting and watching. In about 10 minutes I saw a line form of 10 – 15 people which was not even cleared by the time I got out or half cleared. Understaffed or lazy I don’t know.
