This location is a hit or miss. Honestly more than half of the time I come here my order is wrong, and one of the managers acts like I should not have said anything about it, and has sometimes even confronted me about it. She always acts like the free treat if order is wrong is a new policy, acting confused when I ask for my pastry. I have to explain to her and show her the bottom of the receipt and once she asked me «what do you want me to do about it?». Other times my order is spot on and made fast and customer service is good. I wish corporate would give this stores staff some attention so the community can enjoy this location.

Nothing beats the broccoli cheddar soup here. I have no idea why, but whenever I have a craving for broccoli cheddar soup, I go to Panera. This particular Panera is close to boyfriend’s place and it’s awesome as the staff is friendly and there’s never a line. Truly a miracle! The cinnamon roll, too, is delicious. Every time I come here, I always end up feeling like a fat piggy after, but it’s so worth it. The food is just super filling.

Never had issue with the place. I have been going to Panera since high school(which I can hardly believe myself, around 7 years). It is a very versatile place. I’ve gotten tutored there and I’ve also caught up with friends for 4 hours. Quick place to grab a soup, salad or anything from their bakery. Their Mac and cheese is one of the best items on their menu. I can’t get enough of its creamy, delicious goodness. I’m a big fan of their rewards system. you can get a free drink/item from the bakery if you go frequently and/or for your birthday. They have a you pick two option, which consists getting two«halves» of a sandwich, salad, soup or Mac and cheese. I usually get the Napa valley chicken sandwich and the Mac and cheese. The French onion soup and Thai salad are also great options. Their smoothies are sweet and delectable, though probably loaded with sugar. This specific location has a station where you can place your own order through tablets. Technology is sure underway here. The cashiers aren’t always the friendliest and try to rush your order, but the cooks in the back are always nice. Even when it’s crowded I never have to wait long for the order.

As weird as this may sound this was my first visit! I liked how they have the order kiosk which made it easier to take my time and pick what I really wanted! I ordered broccoli and cheese soup which was tasty and rich. The Greek salad I ordered didn’t impress me much. It seemed like the lettuce was a bit old and not fresh. Other than that I would come back for the soups and try some sandwiches they have.

I placed an order to pick up food 30 minutes ago so that it would be ready by the time I got here. Anyone who’s ever eaten at Panera, or has ever made a sandwich for that matter, knows it doesn’t take longer than 5 or 10 minutes max… maybe 15 if they’re busy… right now I’m parked outside… while my girlfriend waits inside for the order. The only reason they get 3 stars is because the food is good… oh, here she is… at least they gave her 3 free m&m cookies… hardly a fair compensation for wasting part of my Saturday afternoon. I will forgive them, but will not forget.

Manager it’s a bitchy old lady, I only entered to order with my dog(small schnauzer) to go. He wasn’t making any bark or anything, And she kick me out of the place. She pretended that I that I have to leave the dog outside alone … No more planera, I can’t leave the dog outside alone or inside the car!!! Wtf? I was a regular not anymore

I love panera– it’s so delicious and fast and there’s a ton of them everywhere. I tend to bring my dog with me everywhere because he’s a service dog and we just sit outside, but the manager here is nasty! She said even though he’s a service dog she didn’t care and I had to leave. Well, that’s illegal and just plane rude. Luckily, Danielle is the nicest employee and saw this and brought me my food outside and a little cup for water for my dog. Because of her I’m not giving this place one star.

I always like stopping by here before I go into work for lunch! Today I tried the new power green smoothie! It was honestly really amazing and tasty. I love green smoothies and this one was really good!

I have been going to his panera on and off for a while. Lately, the service has turned horrible. The folks taking the orders are so slow that it’s almost ridiculous, last week I waited 11min for one person in front of me to be able to check out. Today there were two cashiers, both with one customer, nobody else in line except me. Once they completed the orders of their respective customers they both walked away, one went to the back room, and one just stood by the lemonade area. I made eye contact in case they had somehow not understood that I’m in line to place an order(yet why else would I be?) but that was ignored. So, I walked out. So long Panera, we had a good ride! I’m currently writing this from Lime down the street where I have received prompt friendly service and excellent food

The Panera app never works for me. I tried several times to pre-order this morning but ended up just going in and ordering in person. They were still cutting up the fruit for the fruit cups so I couldn’t get any of those since I was in a hurry. Ordered the Asiago bacon egg sandwich, which was delicious, and a vegetarian egg white sandwich, which my coworker said was very good. Prices are reasonable. I just wish that I could pre-order in order to save time.

Came here again and was disappointed again. I ordered a tomato mozzarella flatbread and a bbq chicken flatbread for lunch. It took a long time to get my order, and when I finally left the store and opened the bag, it was wrong! I went back into the store to get it corrected. There is this statement on the receipt that states that if they get your order wrong, they’ll correct it and give you a treat. They gave me nothing. This Panera Bread needs to get it together!

I have been a Panera customer for many years. I love their variety but most of all LOVE the RAPIDPICKUP. You go online order your food, pay for it and its ready for pickup when you get there. However the last few times I’ve used that service it has not been so pleasant. Maybe I should check my order in more detail next time however their job is to make sure that it food is prepared the way they advertise it. 1st time— they forgot my dressing in my Chicken Cobb Avocado Salad 2nd time — wrong soup 3rd time — -no tomatoes in salad in my Chicken Cobb Avocado Salad 4th time — -the apple was not washed, I could tell because it had dirt in the stem hole. Today — no chicken & no avocado in my Chicken Cobb Avocado Salad I know that lunch time is busy however these errors should not be made and to top things off when you catch the mistake and ask them to correct the order they give you the worst attitude. I am not begging for my food… I am paying of it.

I’ve always loved Panera Bread. I came here Friday April 3rd and ordered the frontera chicken and broccoli cheddar soup. Later that day I found myself with food poisoning and throwing up my life away. Panera was the only thing I had eaten that day. It’s 4 days later and I still can barely keep anything down. I went to the doctor yesterday and was given medicine, but I will definitely not be going back to Panera Bread after this nightmare!

Below average Panera. The staff here is a little inconsistent… It’s not unusual to find the brewed tea only contains water, or just a slight tinge of tea. It’s also not uncommon for orders to get mixed up… If you have any special requests like leaving off onions or if any choice is involved like an apple or a bag of chips, you have to pay attention or you won’t get what you’ve asked for. The customers often don’t bus their own tables here, even though that’s standard at Panera, so it can be a challenge to find a clean table, and oftentimes the empty plates are piled up on tables. It’s better to eat outside. If you’re handed the wrong thing, like soup with vegetables rather than chicken, expect a debate and be prepared to show your receipt. I eat here mostly because other people I’m meeting suggest it… They expect it to be like other Paneras, and a bit cleaner and more consistent.

This place used to be decent. And though I wasn’t a fan of these types of cafes/bakeries(I prefer entrees over soups, sandwiches, or salads), I kept coming back because I could normally find something to eat, even if I was usually still hungry shortly after a visit. I had sworn off Panera after various mediocre experiences but popped back in to this location due to other restaurants being particularly busy. When placing my order, I was looking for a Blackcherry smoothie(or something to that effect) I had ordered at a few other visits after a different smoothie I had come to love over the years was removed from the menu. When I asked the cashier about this smoothie I’ve ordered before, she just shook her head«no» at me, continually, while I was still asking her about it. «.so you don’t have it anymore?» «Nope». No «I’m sorry, we don’t have that product anymore» or «Can I offer you something similar?» or even a «Perhaps you’d like to try the.». Nothing. She just shook her head while I was talking, probably hoping I’d drop it in the middle of my sentence. Alright, a cup for water, then. Later, I was paged before my food was actually ready, therefore having to wait by the pickup counter a few extra minutes which defeats the purpose of the pager system. After I sat down to eat and started in on my food, I realized the bottom half of the sandwich was mostly charred. I tried eating the parts that weren’t burnt but I could still taste it throughout the sandwich. I usually dip the sandwich into the tomato soup but was so put off by the entire thing meal and experience that I actually left a half eaten sandwich and a barely touched soup on the table and walked out. Maybe, one day, in another city, in another state, I’ll give Panera another shot. but it won’t be soon.

Fast and friendly.(If you want a better coffee selection, walk across to Pasion del Cielo.) This Panera now does support Apple Pay and Google Wallet.

Located across the street from Dadeland Mall and Brandsmart on Kendal. Parking is a pain if you come during the lunch rush. I had to park across the street in the Brandsmart lot. It’s a smaller store compared to other locations. The inside is clean and well kept. My favorite menu items to get are the cheddar cheese and broccoli soup and the chicken ceasar salad. I usually get the French Baguette. It’s Sooooo Good. They also have coffee, pastries, sandwiches, and several different types of bread. The staff is friendly and bilingual.

I have never had a problem with the quality of food at Panera’s but they do leave a bit to be desired when it comes to order fullfillment particularly when it come to the to-go orders. IT so disapointing getting to my destination and NOT having what I ordered. I know, I know, check your order before leaving.

I love this place, it’s probably one of the few restaurants out there with healthy alternatives that doesn’t consist us eating like rabbits. I’m sure everyone eaten here before so the explanation of the menu isn’t necessary, plus you can just go on the website. I do recommend though that you get the smoked turkey bacon sandwich which is about 360 calories if youre watching you’re figure. Speaking about that I also love the fact that everything on their menu has the approximate calorie of each item. The customer service was good the lady that took our order was sweet and patient with us, the inside of the restaurant was nicely kept and well maintained. Also they do validate your parking for up to 4 hours, so great hang out place after school if you need to study and crap.
