Papa John’s Pizza

I usually order from this particular papa john’s with no issue whatsoever. The delivery man is friendly and whatnot but this time around, the employee who picked up the phone was just rude. After getting put on hold (no issue there, I understand there’s other callers), the employee (a male) was very rude. It was almost as if he I was forcing him to request the order. He asked me to give him the number for delivery in which case I told him one number and then I decided to change it. In which case, I guess he was bothered by it and didn’t reply when I asked him if I can changed it. I asked him «are you there» in which he replied, «mhmm».

I order from here often but today the pizza came looking like a mess I can’t even eat it because of how horribly they made it. I don’t think I will order from here again.

we order from here quite often, and have had no problems. We prefer Papa John’s over the other’s because they don’t skimp on the toppings. Well, we order our pizza online, and about 40 minutes or so later I hear someone getting out of a car outside my house. I have a gate over my door which I had forgotten to unlock, so we see the pizza guy fiddle with the gate from the window, and immediately he gets back in his car and leaves. That had to be the one of the biggest WTF moments of my life. Usually when I left the gate locked they would knock on the door between the gate, it is easily within reach and he didn’t even TRY. I called the store and told them what happened, and they told me that that guy had a wrong item so they had to go back and correct it. The guy on the phone didn’t apologize at all. Then they send a different guy, who was very short and curt, and I literally could’ve given him $ 5 because he didn’t bother to count the money at all. The pizza was hot at least, but they skimped big time on the toppings and it was the first pizza I’ve seen where the cheese and the crust were separated by like 2 inches. So whoever was there June 7^th at around 6:40 p. m was not doing their job right, and I’m not sure if I’m going to order from here again.

well. it was a quiet tuesday afternoon and I decided to fulfill my pizza craving and order some yummy papa johns! but unfortunately to my dismay, the delivery guy took over 1 hour to deliver my pizza. then he gives me my receipt with someone’s else signature and a tip included! I was like «seriously dude» and he was like «it’s okay I’ll fix it». listen, I don’t know if this guy was having a bad day or not but all your doing is delivery pizza. not performing brain surgery on a gerbil. get with it guy!

I ordered online and have them well over 30 minutes before I go to pick it up. When I get there to pick it up turns out the driver delivering pizzas took it by mistake so I wait 10 minutes for them to make a new one… They new one that made was horrible bearly any sauce all cheese and it’s much thicker then the regular crust pizza is suppose to be. It was the same quality of Pizza Hut pizza, which I highly dislike I mean that’s why I choose Papa Johns and not Pizza Hut. Never again will I order from this store I rather drive all little ways from my house and get better quality pizza. I wish there was a zero star, I ended up leaving all the pizza after one bite.

Location: a mystery… Well, not a mystery, but it is located at one of those shopping centers, I drive by on 8^th street and never visit because there is never anything that strike my eye.
However, last night was a different story. My friend was craving Papa John’s, so we ordered online and decided to pick-​up while she waited for her fiancée. As we arrived at the establishment, we were greeted by a friendly cashier who told us to take a seat.
Five minutes pass by…
Ten minutes pass by…
(Is this the slowest service I have ever experienced at a chain pizza joint?)
Fifteen minutes pass by… PIZZA IS DONE! (Hmmm… didn’t they tell us it should have been ready 10 minutes ago? Oh, well, we got our pizza.)
I can understand why they would take a while, since it was a Friday night. However, they should have given us a better wait time. They were a bit slow. Location was clean though, and pizza was still good. I highly recommend the spinach alfredo pizza!
Papa John’s, at least your garlic sauce still amazes me!

if they had 0 star i would give them a zero. i order online and gave me estimated for 30 – 40 mints so i called and they said its on the way. I asked them to cancel the request bc its been 50 minuts and the guy hang up on me. I have to agree with the previous comment

This papa johns location is horrible !! They always mess up orders, they are totally vulgar and have no sense of customer service whatsoever unfortunately they are the only ones by my house. So I’m stuck. Avoid them !!
