This review is just for delivery. With the advent of online ordering, the star level has gone way up. It’s really easy to do, and you can order virtually any kind or combination of ingredients that you want, as well as side orders. Afterwards, they give you an e-​mail with a realistic E.T.A. for delivery. Each time we’ve ordered, there have been no mistakes and the food arrives when it was promised. The food is consistently as good as one might expect of any Papa John’s. The BEST thing I like is during Miami Heat season, if the Heat win the day before, you can use a promo code HEATWIN for 50% off. This is a great value I’ve taken advantage of on several occasions.

My family & I have been ordering pizzas from this Papa John’s location for almost a decade without any issues. If you want to guarantee your self an excellent transaction follow these simple tips.
1) Always order your pizza from the Papa John’s app. Browse app for coupons or specials.
2) Always choose carry out.
They will typically take around 10 – 15 minutes to have your order ready. I always leave my house 5 min after I order & always bring back piping hot pizzas.

Read the other reviews! If you’re hungry, order elsewhere. A simple large pepperoni pizza order will take over an hour to get to your house (even though the estimated time was only 30 minutes).

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The service at this Papa John’s is HORRIBLE!!! waited over 2 hours for our pizza. They called us stating that the delivery man was at our door and that no one opened the door, LIE! We waited 15 mins before calling again to be told by the manager that her «SENIOR DRIVER» would be here shortly. The was no apology for anything. Another 15 mins later we called AGAIN! The manager stated she called her «SENIOR DRIVER» and that he was right around the corner. 10 mins later pizza arrived, still with no apology or anything from neither the driver or the manager. This will be the LAST time we order from them!!!
