Paradise Awnings

This was an extreme waste of time to even call and attempt to do business with Paradise Awnings. I called on 3÷13÷15 to set up an appointment to get a quote. They advised that Eric would be the rep to come to my house and go over everything. The appointment was set up for 3÷18÷15 at 9:30AM. At 9:45AM I was still waiting and I called the office. Margie answered the phone, I advised her that I was still waiting for Eric to come, my appointment was set for 9:30AM. She did not understand a lot of what I was saying, and I had to speak slow and repeat myself several times. Margie then said she would have Eric call me. Eric called a few minutes later and advised that Orland was the person who was going to come by and he would have Orlando give me a call. an hour later and no call. Glad I wasted my morning waiting for a company that apparently does not want business. Welcome to south Florida. I should have read the reviews before calling to make an appointment. Do not waste your time with even calling this company!!!

This is an exceptional company that takes the time and has the patience to explain the different colors & materials available to a demanding customer with a need to know all the options available. I really appreciate that they have a very flexible schedule & are available to come after office hours and on weekends. In addition, during hurricane season they advised me I could call to bring down the large exterior awning off. I installed a large green awning over the back porch, an awning over the car port and a small one over an exterior door. The awnings make a huge difference & everyone that visits compliments the work done. They have representatives that are fully fluent in English and Spanish & handsome too! I will post pictures soon!

This is a bad place to do business with. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen. Stay away from this place. This company never keeps an appointment but is fast to take your money. When they finally showed up to install our retractable awning, it was at 8 o’clock at night. The next day we discovered a missing bolt from the wall. It took them more than three weeks to return to fix it. Do not do business with them!
