ParkSafe Systems

My friend used to live in the Mark Condo apartments in Brickell, Miami. He had borrowed my car and this valet service, which USED to provide parking at the apartments, scratched the entire right side of my car by allowing a gate to close onto it.
After being promised that the damage would be repaired, I attempted to contact Mr. Rodrigo Rua, who is part of the management staff and was present at the time of the incident, to schedule the repairs to be made. I tried to contact him for weeks and finally got through to him on the phone. He told me he didn’t receive any of my emails with pictures of the damage, and that he would call me back when he gets to his office. I had sent many emails including pictures and found it weird how he didn’t get any of them especially since I also forwarded those emails to Mario Maung who is the president of ParkSafe.
Needless to say I was never able to get a hold of Mr. Rodrigo or any of the management staff since then. Their 877 phone number goes to a different company who takes messages for ParkSafe. I have contacted them over ten times and each time, explained my situation, left my contact information, and was ensured that ParkSafe would return my call. Never got a returned phone call or email.
These people should not be allowed to so much as touch anyone’s car, and should be out of business. Very unreliable and unprofessional. All the locations they service are on their website, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Update: I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which this company lists on their website as an affiliate and discovered they are not actually accredited by the BBB, but still use the accredited BBB logo on their website. The complaint was filed June 24^th and the BBB gives the business 30 days to respond. Parksafe failed to respond after several attempts and the case was closed.
