My wife went to PeP Boys NMB on Sunday Jan 24, 2016 with a flat tire at 4:38 pm. Pep Boys closes at 6:00 pm. She was told by Service Manager that he can’t help her and to come back tomorrow «They are full».
Now we have spent THOUSAND OF
DOLLARS at this store and they CANT HELP???
Their service and any caring about their customers is ATROCIOUS!!!
NEVER AGAIN WILL I SPEND A DIME THERE.

I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at this location. I drive to the one on 57th Ave now. The manager is rude and disrespectful. Keep away at all costs. I spent $ 900 and when I had an issue he didn’t want to take care of it even though there was a lifetime warranty.

Funny. I tried it even with bad comments. They were nice. Had to return the item and I asked the manager if he can come out and see my car so he knows what I am talking about. He said yes. But gave me the return and didn’t even attempt to see what I was talking about. Next time I will listen to the reviews. Ridiculous.

They should allow 0 stars. This place is such a joke. It gives the corporate name an awful and embarrassing reputation. Does corporate even come and check out this store? They are so shady and dishonest. No wonder there are rarely people in there. Their prices marked on the stickers are QUITE OFTEN lower than what the cash register will ring up. Today they tried to overcharge me $ 4 for the windshield wipers I bought. Well you better believe I’m going to make you go through the trouble of removing that since you’re so dishonest with your pricing. Seriously Pep Boys corporate office you need to do your job and check on this store. I’m definitely never coming here or any Pep Boys again.

I’m writing this review one hour after pulling away from his pep boys and have bought the wrong breaks for my Honda the boy assured me that they were the right breaks after I asked him over and over again ,
I go there and I depend on you to know what box to grab and if your not sure get help from you manager. I hate when I am severely unconvinced because of your lack of job knowledge. I would recommend if you ever go here find someone who is sure of themselves and the job they are doing. I drove 40 miles to my brother To my brother to put these brakes on. I told the young man I was going to do so, so please make sure the brakes were correct.
He typed a little and even though he didn’t look 100% but turned to me and assured me this was correct. Thanks a lot

DO NOT GO HERE! I took my SUV in and they told me I needed new ignition coils. They said the parts would be $ 800 and the labor would be close to that so $ 1500 total. I went home and researched online and found the parts for $ 250. I also found a YouTube video showing how you could replace each coil (8 total) in less than 2 minutes. I bought the parts and put them in myself in less than 30 minutes (I know nothing about working on cars). This place needs to be shut down because they are robbing people. I’ve contacted the attorney general and I suggest others who have been ripped off by them do the same.
