mistake #1.
When I called to place the order the woman on the phone thought I was saying purple pizza, I do understand that pretzel pizza may sound like purple pizza however I do not have an accident I do not speak a different language and they do not have a purple pizza but they do have a pretzel pizza!

The man in front of me came to pick up his pizza just to find out it hadn’t even been started yet! After he waited 30 minutes they didn’t even put the cookie in the oven!

I ordered a pretzel pizza I got a normal fucking pizza!!!
The staff clearly could not give a fuck, The facility is a rundown and nasty! Absolutely terrible pizza Hut!!!
The franchise should be very embarrassed

Haven’t had Pizza Hut in about 7 years so I decided to order from them. I got a large three topping stuffed crust and I’m not kidding when I say it was probably the worst pizza I have ever had in my entire life. I also got chicken wings and they were terrible as well, but I don’t even think the Ninja Turtles could eat this pizza. Now I don’t think it is the employees fault, they simply were provided with terrible ingredients. That being said, there was also very little sauce on it. Maybe I’ll try it again 7 years from now.
