Pizza Hut

They cancelled my order two times in one day, never called me to confirm or anything, so I won’t be ordering from this place again.

Not the first time they let us down… Terrible!

I ordered online as I have done many times. I ordered two veggies lovers with NO MUSHROOMS and extra olives. My friend is allergic to mushrooms (I personally love them). When we went to pick it up she opened the two pizzas and saw there were mushrooms on it. We told the cashier that we ordered no mushrooms. She looked at the receipt and said that the order was correct. We explained that my friend is allergic to mushrooms and that this was somehow a mistake (either on our part or theirs, either way we did not want mushrooms). The cashier began to give us an attitude. At this point the old lady answering the phone (who was NOT a manager) jumped into to the conversation. She opened the pizza boxes and pointed to some slices and said «these pieces don’t have mushrooms on them. You can eat those» ECUSE ME?! Well… it gets better. Then she had the audacity to tell us «You know you ordered two veggies lovers pizzas. They come with mushrooms.» I almost lost it but I managed to keep my composure and calmly asked them to remake the pizzas without mushrooms and that we were not going to buy the ones with mushrooms on them. The old lady tried to tell us they could not remake them for us. The cashier simultaneously told us she could have them remade for us but it would take AT LEAST 20 minutes, if not longer. At this point a woman I believe was the manager (Gretchen, Gretel?) came over to the counter, apologized for the mistake and told us that our pizza’s were coming out next and it would only be a few minutes.
All of this for two lousy pizzas! They need to do some serious training for their employees. The two employees wasted so much time and left such a bad impression in our minds. What makes this worse is that I have ordered from here a bunch of times. Sometimes my orders do get messed up and I understand that mistakes happen, which is why I don’t care. I appreciate the manager correcting the situation, which is why I would still come back (and the fact it is convenient), however the attitude these two employees gave me was unacceptable.

it’s a regular pizza hut. however, i will give them four stars bc their service is impeccable. they are like a well oiled machine. they have a lot of employees there. the manager who was running the shift while i was there had her people on point. people were answering phones, taking orders in person, giving out the food and charging people for the food all seamlessly. boom.
