Pizza Hut

The manager should attend this store because the employees are on it to ruin the business. They play games of making orders wrong on purpose and then they pick up the phone and put you on hold several times to then tell you there is a two to three hour wait.
I can only imagine what they do to the food they serve. Careful, a lot if sick games going on here.
This will not stay here. I will reach out to head quarters because they don’t deserve to have their doors open for business. They are playing with the general public.

This is probably the worst customer service experience I’ve had in my life. They refused to deliver my order after waiting for over an hour and a half. I called and spoke to the «manager» who told me that they don’t deliver to my house after a certain time which is not at all true since I’ve been ordering from the same store, mostly around 8pm at least three times a month! Horrible treatment from unprofessional and very rude staff, just lost a loyal customer!!!

I ordered a box on Saturday… I’ve ordered here before and never have been asked if I am who I am… not only that but the deliver man sat in his car left the pizza on the trunk while it started pouring rain and came out to tell me I am not a girl and therefore my name is not Daysi… I will be looking for a lawyer because of this man’s discrimination once I screamed for my roommate to get my Id he made belittling remarks… Not only has this been the worst experience with my favorite pizza restaurant but I will be letting everyone I possibly can know how pizza hit discriminates against gender and will make u wait in the rain with wet pizza that I never got to eat, so I paid for horrible service and stayed hungry… this was at 2:26 pm when I called the store to ask for a new pizza and to explain what happened they hung up on me various times… I will post this on various social media sites and have people share this post because Miami needs to know

I ordered online. Yet called me after I ordered and told me they don’t deliver to my address after 6pm. What horrible service. They should take me off their online deliver if they are not willing to make a sale.

Terrible service. 2^nd time I place an order only to have it changed to whatever they wanted because «they didn’t have what I ordered». Nobody placed a call to ask what I wanted or anything. Will be changing over to a different location

I paid for my pizza online, once driver got here he wanted to imprint my card. I have a capital one card that is flat, you cannot imprint this card!
Driver called management various times but no one answered.
I had to return the pizza I waited patiently for and paid for in full.
This is ridiculous! I don’t even know if in this day and age, they are legally allowed to imprint customer credit cards! Store management did not speak English, so he had to get a random person to translate.
HORRIBLE experience, now i’m stuck waiting another hour for a pizza that they already told me would be reheated. TERRIBLEEEEE

New owners… Pathetic service. Wrong orders. This operation to truly pathetic. The pizza boxes were your pizza is going into are literally being folded by the people handling the money, of course at no point no one washed their hands… i HAD to give them a star.

Hello. I ordered our pizzas around 7:30pm online. I received a call to confirm the address around 7:38pm. The clock said I should receive the pizzas by 8:45pm, which I thought was too long and hoped it would be delivered sooner. However, it is now 9:10pm and I called the restaurant which confirmed that the driver is on their way and that they were very busy and apologized for the delay. We came home after work and school and ordered pizza for dinner. My kids are now sleeping and my parents who came to visit, all have not eaten dinner yet and they need to drive back home which is another 30 minutes. It’s now 9:15pm and the pizzas were just delivered. Both pizzas are not hot, so we now have to put them in the toaster oven. I have taken pictures of the pizzas which the sauce, cheese and toppings do not even reach close to the edge — 3 inches, and documented my experience through this message. Needless to say you can see how disappointed we are. Pizza Hut used to be our favorite. Sorry. Cont’d. I just tried the pizza and it does not taste good. The dough is flat in the middle and the crust is dry. I called the restaurant and the manager offered to remake the pizza, but it’s almost 9:45pm and we do not want to eat this late. The only other offer was to receive store credit which did not include the delivery charge and taxes, but they reconsidered since I paid $ 20 total including a tip. I preferred to be reimbursed with a check sent to me. They couldn’t offer that. So now they entered a credit in their system that will expire in 3 months and I can only use it at that location. What happened to them? It’s not like it use to be. It’s changed for some years now, but I was hoping that I would get the next pan pizza just like it used to be. Not a chance.
10:40pm I decided to eat a piece that was in the toaster oven. There was a long thin black hair in the pizza! I lost my appetite.

Only giving a star because I’m forced too. Would review their product, but I never received my order to be able to. Ordered online with a delivery estimated for 10:17pm, called at 10:37pm to be informed that our pizza would be the next one to leave the restaurant. This was after we gave our telephone number twice, both times after being placed on hold because no one wanted to deal with our situation. Rather than being apologetic and offering a fix we cancelled our order and had sandwiches for dinner. Sad because I usually love Pizza Hut.
