Planned Parenthood

I had a great experience. Friendly knowledgeable staff. 1000x better than my old Gyno office.

First let me start off by saying that I would have stopped by their office but I moved to NY a few months back. I have been calling for over 2 months trying to get a hold of my medical records. I either get their answering service or an incompetent receptionist who is unable to take a message. The first time they returned my call, they gave me their «first time» new client run through O. o Not the information I requested. Their second message went somthing like this «This is planned parenthood returning your phone call» Just a little tip planned parenthood, try leaving a message like this…“Hello this is (insert your name here) calling from planned parenthood. You can reach me at (insert phone number here) between the hours of (hours you can be reached). I’ve given up and decided to just go to a doctor here in New York. Maybe they will have better luck getting a hold of my records.
