Platinum Condominium

The Platinum is a wonderful boutique-​style building.
Almost every building will make a credit inquiry. This ensures that it’s residents are respectable people that won’t ruin your investment.
I have rented here and currently own two units.
I love it. You get a beautiful bay view or a city view with minimal obstruction. The gym is brand new and all maintenance is kept up to date.
Having lived previously in other buildings in the area this is where I decided to buy. The reasons:
Concierge-​like security
Renovated ammenities
Free street parking for guests
High ceilings (very unusual) 108″ in most units and higher in the 22^nd floor
Thick walls. You don’t hear neighbors as much.

I am giving it 2 stars because it is a great bulling to live but watch out, you will get a hard credit inquiry in your report by them searching your record. Application fee is $ 150 per person even if you are married.
