Terrible parking experience. My boyfriend booked with them based on obviously bogus Google reviews. It took over an hour to park the car and over an hour to be picked up on the way back. Customer service was none existing. Lot was small and far from the port. Everyone was upset and screaming. There is only one shuttle which is simply not enough when there is entire boat unloading. Do not book! Stay away!

We had the worse experience ever! First we were last getting to our port, and the «manager» was texting and driving. Second once we arrived back, the wait time to get picked up was RIDICULOUS! Some people waited 2+ hours. We waited 35 minutes, and that’s because we were last getting off the boat. We were better off paying $ 20 a day with port parking.
