I was referred to this company by the manufacturer. Much to my surprise I was greeted in sales by a personable young lady. When I explained why I was there. she walked us down to the very organized clean repair shop, where a young man listened to what my problem was with my lawn tractor, immediately took a fork lift and removed it to the shop. He then Began writing up a repair ticket and explained what they would recommend after they checked the mower out. He took my number and said they would call me. It was repaired that afternoon and I was able to pick it up the next day. Needless to say I was very pleased. The repair was covered under the warranty… no charge. they filled my tank. took it to them empty and they did not try and sell me something I didn’t need. Knowledgeable employees, clean shop organized, and efficient… What more could you ask for !

This was the worst buying experience I have ever had online!!! I ordered two simple parts online and 8 days later they had not been shipped and no one from the company reached out to inform me as to why. I am now on week two and still no parts!!! STAYAWAY!!! Had I seen these other reviews prior to ordering I would never have given them any business!!! Emails and calls are not returned so good luck if you have issues. Like I said this is week two waiting for parts, I feel robbed! !!!STAYAWAY!!!

Please try to stay as far away from this place as possible. I’m echoing what the other reviewers have said. The customer service is an absolute joke. Not only are they unfriendly, they are inept. After buying a high quality Leaf blower, there was an issue in less than 30 days and they wanted to charge and arm and a leg for a simple fix. After much pleading, they agreed to fix the product but not without much debate. Fast forward to this past weekend, I was charged a $ 35 non refundable deposit for them to diagnose a small issue which another store had fixed with same day service for $ 50. After taking the whole blower apart and asking for $ 150 to «fix» the blower, we decided to cut our losses and never return to this store again(with the blower still taken completely apart… Thanks guys) Overall, I wish I had better things to say about the people who run the place but it’s sad they can’t get it right in sales or service.

This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. Do not ever go to this place. They will lie to you and tell you your machine needs this that and the other and when you get a second opinion somewhere else, you will realize that first their mechanics are lost, and second they are trying to rip you off as bad as possible. Go to Northern, or any where else in Miami. You will regret doing any kind of service in this lying and expensive place.

I have been in the business of commercial service for quite some time now & I have been to most of sales & service stores around locally. I can honestly say the place that makes me feel they appreciate my business the most is PMS. I frequent the store multiple times a month and Im always treated like a valued customer. Employees go out of their way to provide me with prompt service which I value due to the importance of quick turnaround with my tools when in for service. Also, I have bought most of my equipment from them due to great prices I have been given. I would recommend any new landscaper or homeowner to take them their business and become part of the PMS family.

I bought a new Red Max blower and after 6 months, it failed. After about four weeks I was told it would need more parts other than a shortblock. I then asked for a new one but was told that could not happen. I called manufacturer which then ordered PMS to give me new blower. After picking up new machine, employee Ernie told me to never set foot in his store again. Best advice I ever got!
