Claudia is the best!!! I went there today for a problem with my computer and walked away extremely impressed. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs small business tech support.

The hard casing on my Lenovo fell apart in my hands, but Prime Tech was able to get it back to new. I only had a week left in Miami, but they were able to find the parts and get it repaired before my departure. Communication was good and they were super friendly. A little pricey, but the peace of mind was worth it.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from prime tech support. They were friendly, fast, knowledgeable, professional and priced right. I have referred my co workers and friends to them that have any cell phone or computer issues.

I found this place when I was desperate to have my MacBook Pro looked at after it had completely froze. I brought it in and almost two days later my computer was completely fixed. The price was reasonable and the service excellent. Every time they worked on the computer I got an email notification that let me know there progress. I would definitely come back if I have any other computer problems.

I had a great experience here. My Mac was super slow. I brought it in and they fixed the issue. Claudia was helpful, explained everything, honest and really available for all my questions. I would go back in a heartbeat and totally recommend it.

They Fucking Suck. They Overcharged Me. I Paid $ 200.00 for them to install a $ 40.00 memory card. And on top of that they had my Computer Allllll Day. It doesn’t take 5 hours to put in a memory card. They get a Thumbs Down and a Donkey of The Day From Me.

Good people and great customer service. Took my HTC one here when I dropped it and broke the LCD (HTC will replace the screen for free if you break it, but not the LCD. Heads up) prime tech was able to replace the LCD quicker and cheaper than HTC. This place has a 3 month warranty on their work, I returned 8 months later because the adhesive started to wear off and the screen began to separate from the device. The techs at prime fixed it again for free. Somehow during the repair process the Mic was obstructed and nobody could hear me when I’d make a call… So I took it right back and they knocked it out right away. Although my phone will never be quite the same again, I give these folks 4 stars for going above and beyond and for being open until 7pm on weekdays.

Anyone who needs tech support needs to know about this place now! After my laptop started freezing up ALL the time and doing other weird things and my regular tech support guy left me hanging, I did a desperate search for help. I found Prime Tech Support on Google, and after reading some reviews, I couldn’t call them fast enough. Claudia was my first contact with the company and she couldn’t have been more professional, friendly, and knowledgable. She figured out the problem ASAP and set me up with Alex. Alex went above and beyond. Not only did he fix my laptop in an efficient manner, he waited after hours for me to pick it up after work and seeing I was not at all technically savvy, he was kind enough to give me a tutorial on my laptop. This place knows its stuff, does it well, and is competitively priced. Claudia has a good thing going here. I highly recommend.

These guys were awesome. I brought in my PC laptop because the hard drive was starting to fail. Claudia took my information down and started working on it immediately, she called me with a diagnostic update before I even got home from the store. The computer was ready with a new hard drive in just over 24 hours and now it’s running like new.
I called two other places that had good reviews on Unilocal before deciding to go with them. They were almost HALF the price in labor costs as the other two places ($ 110 instead of ~$ 200) and they did it in less time than the other places quoted me on. Really couldn’t be more pleased.

I found this company with the help of Unilocal and I was very pleased. My Mac laptop had a virus and I was also having trouble sending out emails. I have had other computers repaired or debugged and I was wary about the problems being fixed.
The place is a little hard to find because the sign is in a weird place but if you drive slow you will find it. Alex was the IT person that took my information and handled my repair. He not only fixed it within 2 hours he communicated through email and telephone calls when my laptop would be ready.
The price was cheap (60) as I am use to paying at least a 100 dollars for basic debugging so I was happy on all fronts.

Just had my boyfriend’s tablet and laptop repaired at Prime Tech Support. I had a great experience with them.
Alex was very helpful and the team kept me updated via email throughout the process. There was a diagnostic fee for the laptop only (not the tablet) which they later applied towards the repair. I also checked-​in on Unilocal for a discount.
5 stars for honestly also, Alex initially thought the tablet had an issue with the battery but later realized it was a connectivity issue that turned out to be cheaper than buying a new battery (he could have just charged me for a new battery and I would have never known!).
Overall, very happy with the service provided by Prime Tech Support. Will be coming back with any future computer repairs needed!

My friends phone fell into the Atlantic Ocean a few weeks ago and died. We frantically searched for a place to repair the iPhone in the midtown area! Unilocal led us here. They attended me extremely quickly and got everything taken care of. They would call me with updates and were upfront about everything. 5 days later the phone was fixed and all data was saved and backed up. They threw in a free usb and gave 15% off. The service and quality of work done here is extremely excellent. Best and most honest business in Miami. If you break any electronic device they will fix it. I recommend this place 100%

we took my Daughters Samsung S3 that was having issues here
for a diagnosis as to why, fearing the dreadfulness of having to buy another one.
they found out what the problem was and had to take the phone completely apart to replace the entire power button.
the repair was successful and we are EXTREMELY happy with the personalized service and the quality repair and the prices are unbelievable.
they have a lifetime customer with me and anyone i can tell.

I just picked up my Mac Book Pro from Prime. I could not believe how fast and professional they are. I’ve had my laptop for about 7 years. The first overhaul I did was at the Apple Store. I ended up paying 4 times the price that I paid at Prime Tech Support for the same service. They even threw in a new battery. I highly recommend them for any of your tech support. Thank you so much Prime for taking care of my bread and butter. You are the best!

Had a great experience with Prime Tech Support. I was having issues with my Macbook Pro starting up so had to take it in to see what was up with it. Found this place and decided to give them a try as they are pretty close to where I work.
From start to finish everyone I encountered was very professional. As soon as I opened a ticket and paid the small price for diagnosis ($ 25 which was credited after repair), I was sent emails regarding any updates throughout the diagnosis process and was promptly called when the issue was found.
Ended up being something wrong with the motherboard, graphics card and some other components. Repair cost was pretty reasonable and time taken was fair as well.
After 5 days I finally got my missing appendage back! Big thanks to Prime Tech Support team for working quickly and efficiently!
