Much like previous reviewers here, I only used this collision center because Geico requested it. I was in an accident where another car hit me on the driver’s door. Because the accident occurred around the time of the holidays, it took them 2 weeks to get my car fixed. It was not a problem for me, because the insurance was covering the rental.
When I was told that the car was ready, I went to pick it up less than 24 hours later. Two days after I picked up my car, I noticed that the keyless entry on the driver’s side was not working (when it had been prior to the accident). I took it back to them and they insisted that it had nothing to do with them, despite them having to change the door of the car. They told me to change the battery of the key. I did that, and still nothing. I went back and they told me I would have to take it back to the dealer and get it fixed there. Seriously?
A few weeks after this, I look at my credit card and see that enterprise charged me for the rental. When I contacted Probody and enterprise I was told that it was because I took too long to go pick up the car. WHAT? I went the very next morning after getting a call late in the afternoon the day before. Probody ensured me that they would fix this problem. After a whole MONTH of not hearing back, I was tired of having to call Christy (one of the managers) and her only being there Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and only being available for like 2 hours of the work day. Finally I was able to get a hold of her and she was surprised that it had not been fixed. She told me they would go ahead and refund me the charge themselves and then deal with enterprise. Finally, I thought this would be fixed, despite the fact that my car is not all the way fixed. It has been a month since she told me they would be sending me a check and NOTHING!
This is an absolutely terrible place! Do NOT use Probody to service your car! Same yourself the headache and the hassle!

I had a great experience at Probody, they fixed my car quickly and it looks amazing. Geicos service here is quick and easy and includes very nice rental cars and nice staff. The only thing I can say that was not that great was that I requested phone calls, not text messages and they sent me texts. Also, when my car was ready I felt a little rushed to go pick it up when they called me at 6 PM on a Friday (originally they told me my car would be ready Monday morning). Other than that, I really cannot complain!

I had to take my car here to be serviced because it was a geico express service center. I had the absolute worst experience here and will never consider having my car fixed here again.
I was hit from behind, and the damage to my car was not that bad. They had the car fixed in a few days, but when i went to pick it up, something was not right. There was a rattling sound in the back of my car. Something was loose in the parts that they fixed. I took the car back the next week and they told me they would take care of it.
4 hours later, the called me and said my car was ready. When i inquired if they fixed the rattling sound, they told me they could not diagnose the problem and i had to take my car to the toyota dealership for them to diagnose the problem. What? So i have to waste my time, and my money ($ 105 for a diagnosis at toyota) because your bodyshop cant figure out what the rattling sound is? Are you serious?
Santiago, the person taking care of me, just looked at me like i was crazy for being upset. He just shrugged his shoulders and said unless i took my car to a toyota dealership to figure out what was wrong, then there was nothing he could do.
The service here was horrrific. I guess geico uses them because they are cheap, because professionals they are not.
Save your money! If geico tries to have you take your car here, save yourself the hassle of dealing with these crooks who cant fix cars and take your car to a body shop that will actually fix the problem and not send you to a toyota dealership to waste your time and money because they dont know whats wrong.
