Went there for the immigration Form I-​693 vaccines and the receptionist said «you need another physical examination». WRONG!!! The instructions clearly state that if you’ve had a health exam during the past year, you DO NOT need another one — just the vaccines and parts 1, 2, 4 & 7 of Form I-​693. She knew that the required vaccines for a 48 year old person are MMR and Tdap (or Td). A flu shot is only required during flu season and varicella is not required if you had the illness (varicella history). The cost quoted for those 2 vaccines was $ 180. Got them somewhere else for $ 127.
