Guadalupe greeted me with a big smile as I entered the Storage office. She was very helpful and provided exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this storage place.

If there was a zero star option, I would have selected it for this review. We paid well over $ 200 per month for the security, privacy, and assurance my property was safe at this Public Storage facility. Their websites boasts «Public Storage is a respected and trusted operator of self-​storage facilities».
Unfortunately, nothing could be further from the truth. In early October 2015 I went to retrieve my RV from this Public Storage facility. Upon arrival my RV was missing. When I went to the office to report the theft the first thing out of the employee’s mouth was; «We are not responsible». After reviewing the surveillance videos, it was realized my RV had been stolen 11 days prior. Public Storage did not communicate to me there had been a break-​in nor that there had been any theft. In fact, they did not communicate to any other several hundred tenants that there had been a break-​in. I also found out from my insurance claims adjuster that this is the third theft at this location in 2015 all of which have involved a white pick up truck as seen in the video when my RV was stolen.
I urge anyone looking to secure their property with space at this location to beware and reconsider.

Do not trust this place storage
first they offer 50 percent the fist month and i never get discount, a person named maria gave me the wrong size and when I claim, she told me than she is going to give me a new one but I lost my discount,
beside she never told me than I had a fee horrible services and I still receiving bill from there
