The service is good, but I find it frustrating that I pay for a climate controlled unit in the far reaches of the facility and there is no hand truck available. I mean really, an $ 80 investment would say so much for customer service. Alas, the response I got was, «someone stole the one we had and we’re not replacing it.»
They should replace it and implement a protocol to borrow from the office.

I’ve had two units at this location and the service is solid. I dealt with Octavio and the guy treats everyone with respect and is very professional. All the units have drive-up access, the prices are cheap, and it has quick access from 826-Palmetto (but avoid it during rush hours). FYI– I recommend you reserve online first since they usually give better deals through their website.
