Ralph is absolutely amazing. He catered my sisters wedding and will be doing mine as well. he is very friendly, professional and has great prices. not only is the food delicious, but he also knows everyone in the wedding business since has been doing this for over 30 years. He can give you suggestions and references for every detail of your wedding. He is very trustworthy and great to work with.

I was married many years ago in the Grand Bay Hotel where Chef Ralph worked. The Grand Bay was a 5 Star Hotel with amazing food for my wedding, thats why I selected Chef Ralph for my daughter’s wedding. Chef Ralph prepared the most amazing appetizers and 5 star dinner for my daughter wedding. Chef Ralph has the most updated food ovens for maintaining a major wedding. The staff was fast, friendly and most of all did a great job!!! If you are looking for a great Chef you can stop looking, you found the Best!!! Chef Ralph!!! Thank you so much for the amazing dinner for my daughters wedding. I cannot thank you enough for this special day!!! Barbara
