Rc Electrical and Telephone Jack Installtn and Rpr

We were looking for someone to fix a phone jack that had been destroyed by some slime from a child’s toy (otherwise I would have done it myself). We called RC Electrical on a Sunday and got a real RC Electrical employee, not a machine or answering service. He asked when would be good for him to come by and we set up a time. About 15 minutes later he called back and said he was going to be in the area and could stop by in 2 hours if that was convenient. We agreed (when is sooner not better… particularly when it comes to phone service). He stopped by, took about 20 minutes to complete the work. AT&T wanted almost twice the money and wanted a 4 hour window, essentially wasting mine or my spouse’s morning waiting for those clowns. Napoleon, our technician, was pleasant and fast and I would recommend him in a heartbeat. They do a range of work including track and security lighting installation and repair. I suspect I’ll be back as soon as I can find something else for him to do.
