Always great food, great prices and usually always on time. Can’t go wrong with the churrasco, their bowls or quesadilla.

I will never eat there again because of them being unsanitary with there food I found a cooked roach in my sandwich and they couldn’t see that there was a roach directly facing them on my sandwich when I asked for a refund

I’ve only had delivery from RED but every time it has been pretty great! Their chocolate shakes are delicious! I just had to churrasco for the first time and it was scrumptious! I also had the chicken with onions and some plantains, also very good! The 3 – 4 times I’ve had delivery they’ve gotten here super quick! I don’t call at prime time hours so that could explain it but hey I’m not complaining! Thanks for the yummy food RED!

The place has a great selection of food and the taste is more than worth it for the price. Unfortunately, the customer service of this place is horrible. The same ladies are always there and they always seem to be in a horrible mood, they always have an attitude. I always ask myself why how the owner of this place can afford to keep them around. They are losing so much business cause of them. They always get my orders wrong, I have seen people leave because they take about an hour to get your take out ready while other people that were there after you get served first. In two occasions my take out has taken over an hour, when I finally approach them, they give me the bag that has been sitting on the counter for the past 45 minutes. They can’t even remember your face and what you’ve ordered, match the two and tell you your food is ready. Tonight was the final straw for me. This place gets worse and worse with every visit. You wouldn’t believe the amount of times I’ve been there, the amount of money I’ve spent there, they still have yet to greet me when I walk through the door. Greet any client while we are at it. I really wish the owner would do something about it.

I’ve only been to this small restaurant once. They have great prices and a great selection. I have to give it two stars because when I went to order and pay, the man at the register told me he would call me when my food was ready (to go). 40 minutes pass, people who were behind me in line already ordered and got their food to go, people who dined in were already served. Finally I decide to get up and ask what’s taking so long. When I told the young lady at the register my order it had been sitting at the counter for who knows how long. The staff was over all rude, they noticed us waiting for a long time but didn’t bother to acknowledge us. They didn’t apologize for the wait or anything. If I decide to eat from here again I will be getting delivery.

This place is pretty cool to order from when you’re tired of Chinese or chicken kitchen. Very reasonable prices to!
The steak bowl and churrasco specials are my favorites. My better half likes the Gorgonzola salad.

The main reason I went in there is because I love their logo, so i figured if the food is as good as their logo then i’m in. I ordered a churrasco with rice beans and tostones, for around $ 8, it said it included a drink but then the cashier said that it didn’t, it didn’t really matter, the food was great I definitely would recommend it, it’s a great value.

This place is horrible. 2 hours for the to deliver cold food 2 blocks away. They pick up the phone once and then they never pick up again. Worst service I have ever experienced!

Ordered a wrap, waited 30 minutes for it and they made the wrong wrap. Waited another 15 for my food. Super slow service. Never coming here again. Keep your stuff together Red

Stopped in for dinner … arrived to a full restaurant which made me feel as if the food must be good. After ordering I stood in front of the glass where the people make the food. I could not believe the line cook (young woman) was eating the food before putting it on the plates of restaurant goers. I will never go back

Why offer online ordering if no one checks the orders?!? I use to eat at red all the time. The food is decent and cheap but their customer service is horrible. Sometimes they just don’t pick up the phone sometimes they deliver to your area sometimes theres a delivery fee it’s really just how they feel that day. So today i decided to give them a chance again since i saw they offered online ordering. Its now been an hour and 15 minutes and I still don’t have my food. I call and they have no idea what I’m talking about but my credit card has been charged. Never again

$ 8 for a good sized churrasco rice and French fries they used to give you a drink too but not anymore :(The food does that a bit long though but I guess not everything can be perfect for an 8 dollar meal!
Probably the cheapest you’ll find churrasco!!! I didn’t have any problems with costumer service on the contrary they were very nice to me !

I have been going to Red since it opened its doors. The place is always packed, they take forever to answer the calls but it was all worth the wait. I always knew Red was the best quality, fast food. The food is made to order, therefore the wait time is a little longer than any typical «fast food» service.
Being the loyal customer we are, we visit this restaurant multiple times throughout the week. However, I’ve come across the SAME ISSUE two visits in a row; last Friday in person and just now ordering online. The issue is that the items on the menu aren’t correctly described, leaving out ingredients that are actually present in the dish. This had never happened before.
Going back to the years we have been coming, we have ordered many of the items, especially the sandwiches and pan con bistec and never had an issue. Never. The issue comes about when I ordered a pan con bistec in person on Friday, guiding myself from the menu board, and I had to send it back because it contained mustard and mayonnaise although it was no where in the description provided by the restaurant.
And it repeats itself, however this time, the order was placed and customized online and picked up in person. Online while customizing the order, it doesn’t indicate the condiments in the dish, either. Therefore, the order was placed, as usual… Pan con bistec, with just onions and papitas. Once I got home and came across this, I was infuriated because I had just spent money on food that wasn’t to pleasure.
I called the restaurant to let them know of such happening and informed them it was twice in a row that the same issue occurred. All I wanted was for them to recognize that the menu items aren’t correctly described. The person whom answers the phone is plain rude and just kept telling me that the sandwich comes such way and to be aware «that it always comes with mustard and mayo». As part of the hospitality industry, I think Red should label all menu items correctly to prevent issues with allergens.

Food taste good but the restaurant is greasy and sticky all over, and also very hot, and food take some time to be ready so it is not a fast food, the food of my friend came 10 min after mine. No planning a comeback

Just ordered from the place for the first time and the food was terrible.
It took 1 hour and 10 mins for delivery and its 5 mins away.
Chicken Quesadilla was soggy and gross. The cheese was hard and it barely had any chicken.
The Hamburger was just as nasty. It tasted like re-​heated dick patties.
The Fries were soggy as shit. Tasted like someone left them inside a cup of water, then a bird pulled them out and chewed them, then regurgitate the pulp into my mouth.
Pan Con Bistec was alright… If you a trucker on the run from the police for murder, and you don’t have no time to stop anywhere else.
I think they buy there food frozen then microwave it. Doesn’t taste fresh at all.
Avoid this spot.

I don’t understand how it can possibly take an hour and a half (and counting) to deliver my food 15 blocks. And when you call and ask it’s with some mystery driver that «just left». I’ll deal with some soggy fries herr or there but I could walk there, cook the food myself, and walk back home in the time it takes them to deliver it
Update: food never came because I «never ordered it» according to my bank statement I did but hey, lets not split hairs

This place is delicious! I love eating here. The churrasco is only $ 7.99! It used to be with a drink, but unfortunately they took the feature out. Anyways. The food is delicious. The smoothies are great! I enjoyed the mamey smoothie, very good! The only negative thing here is the customer service. It just might be the worst customer service ever. The food takes longer then an half an hour to be ready. If you order for take out they don’t notify you when it’s ready, so you constantly have to ask them. The employees don’t seem to care if the tables are clean or dirty and they’re not that friendly.
Also, it’s seems like they might get expensive in the future. There churrasco seems to be getting smaller. So come here soon!
BUT the food is really good. So if you can handle some bad customer service I’d say come here! It’s worth it.

Okay so Im here for the first time and I ordered the chicken sandwich– as I am waiting for the food the only thing that I really notice is that this place is not the cleanest. Everything looks sticky and icky. It could really use a good deep cleaning. Nonetheless, I will eat here because I already order d my food…
Ok– Im back. The chicken sandwich was decent. Not bad but not GREAT.
I give it one star cause I have to.

Had the «pan con bistec» today. It was good. I like the variety in menu at this place.
The service from guy at the register was poor. He was very serious and non-​friendly.
The space is small and tables/​chairs are not very kid friendly. My child always ends up falling from their chair. Today I had one of the chairs tilt over on my foot and it was quite painful since they are a mix of wood and what feels like 100lbs of steel.
I’ve attended a few other times. I will come back, mainly because it is in the area and prices are cheap.

I love this place!
I first heard about it from a friend who tried one of their salads and loved it, so I decided to check it out the same day!
To be honest I didn’t think they’d stay in business for long… not because of their food (it really is pretty yummy) but because of their prices! Truly the most affordable place with good food I can think of right now.
Their menu has a great variety too. Burgers, salads, wraps, quesadillas, pastas, full dishes with meats and sides, smoothies and arepas.
My son loves the quesadilla meal with rice and beans. My husband enjoys their burgers and he’s picky when it comes to red meat. Their smoothies are creamy. I love their salads and wraps. And the best deal? Churrasco meal… comes with rice, fries and a salad for a whopping $ 7.99 (they include the soda if you eat there but not if you pick up or get it delivered).
Anyways I just felt the need to update my review since this is my to go place when I slacked/don’t have much in the house and want good food but hate spending $$$.
