Great Doctor, Great staff, Great service! I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years now and I can’t be happier. My children, my husband and my mother-​in-​law also started coming here. We love it. The doctor is great, he’s knowledgeable and listens to your concerns and provides solutions that work for you not his pocket. The staff members are awesome, courteous and professional. I can’t say enough about this doctor’s office. You won’t be disappointed; i promise.

I have been coming to this office for 16 years, from the days the previous Doctor (Applebaum) was further north in South Miami and did not even have a computer with windows 95, move forward and he retired and brought in Dr Silva. I am sad Dr Applebaum retired, but very happy Dr Silva is at the same level of professionalism. The girls in the office are the best when it comes to customer service. Now to the actual EYE Exam, forget going to any other place for an exam, I have recommended over 10 people to come here and they never leave. When you leave, not only did you get a real eye exam and did not pay for something just as a formality to get you to buy glasses. I know I need glasses, it builds a history of your eye sight prescription, and a REAL DOCTOR who takes his time to make sure you walk away and can feel you got your money’s worth. It’s not every day you find a doctor who has your best interest instead of just filling out paperwork to get the insurance to collect for their service. KEEP IT UP DR Silva. I am a lifer with you guys. Thanks for all of the years of service.

I haven’t actually had an eye exam here but I have to review the service, specifically Vivian because she’s so great.
I had recently had an eye exam at Lenscrafters but didn’t like any of their frames and was tired of the mediocre service. I came here on a recommendation from my mom…
Picking out eyeglasses can be difficult. You want to make sure they frame your face correctly and compliment your personality. I was changing the style of frame from what I was used to for a more modern look. Vivian sat with me for over an hour as I tried on frame after frame while she gave me her honest opinion on why each one looked good or didn’t. She knew her inventory and if the frame wasn’t available on display, she would pull frames from other people’s pending orders so I could try them on if they were similar to what I was looking for. I finally found a pair I liked and she placed the order for the color I wanted. All of this took place after hours because I couldn’t miss work to come in. Not once did I feel rushed or sense frustration. I was really impressed with her level of service.
My family has all of their eye exams done here so I’ll definitely be back when I’m due for one and will update my review then.
