I used to be a patient of Dr. Kalski’s. I left because I got Lasix with another doctor. I found the quote he gave me to be outrageous, so I found another very qualified doctor, who had done the procedure a few thousand times, and quoted about $ 2000 less. Well, my son needed an opthalmology consult, so I sent him there. I don’t know what happened to the old staff, but, the new staff is the rudest ever. I called back to clarify a question about coverage, and, wow, apparently that ruffled a few feathers because I got a call back telling me how very unfair I was to question anything after it had already been explained to my husband. I was not rude to the person I was talking to before, I was merely unhappy with the answers she was providing. I did not raise my voice, I only explained my side. I’m not saying that Dr. Kalski is a bad doctor, but, listen, there are plenty of other very qualified ophthalmologists in this town. If you are looking for a new one, I’d suggest you shop around. Why spend money where people are discourteous?

Dr. Kalski rocks! Seriously… I am very pleased with my experience with this Dr and his staff. I recently had my Epi-Lasik procedure done by him and although it’s only been 3 weeks post-surgery, I am VERY pleased with my results and feel very fortunate to have found him. He is extremely thorough, professional, and it is obvious that he’s got his patients’ interest at heart. His assistant Mary Joe has also been a pleasure to deal with. Needless to say, I highly recommend this Dr!
