Worst service I think I’ve ever experienced… Food was average… Nothing special. The wait staff acted inconvenienced when we asked for menus after sitting and waiting for 30 minutes… Then when one waiter finally came to take our order he only took the order of one guy at our table then walked away… He didn’t come back to take the rest of our orders for about 15 minutes. He then didn’t bring half our drink orders(we ordered 2 waters, 3 diet cokes and a Sprite… He came back with the diet cokes…)…he messed up two of our food orders acted inconvenienced when we pointed it out… I’ll never be coming back here again and I would advise you to do the same…

I eat here about once/month when I’m staying at the Sheraton. The staff has always been very friendly. While I wouldn’t search this place out if I wasn’t staying here. It it’s worth eating at if you’re here.

Quiet and peaceful outdoor seating. Drawback is that the waitstaff tend to forget about you. Food was average.

I had lunch here with 2 other guests. I had the quesadilla, someone else had the burger and the other had a club sandwich. The quesadilla was very good but the burger was extremely over cooked. We waited maybe 15 minutes for our food and the restaurant wasn’t busy, yet the food wasn’t very hot. The fries especially were room temperature. The service was eh at best. Our waiter only came over to take our order and give us our food, nothing in between. I wanted to ask for more salsa and water but he didn’t come back over once. If you’re staying here and don’t have many other options, it’s fine, but it’s nothing special.

My wife and I stayed at the Sheraton Miami Airport for two nights before a cruise. We had dinner both nights at the Rickenbacker restaurant on the premises. Not only was the service very good, but we both felt the food was excellent. The huge Caesar salad at $ 6 was one of the best we’ve had. The shrimp and ravioli dish was so good that I had it both nights. Entre prices range from $ 18 to $ 40.

Service was great, but food, eh-ok. If you have the extra time and a car while staying at this hotel, I’d find better food. If you just want a late night bite before heading to your room, this is fine.

We stayed at this hotel for a week and decided to give this place a try. For dinner we both ordered the grilled chicken entrée. The bread/dinner rolls were hard, you can tell it was microwaved and was not a fresh batch. The chicken was hard and dried, the broccoli looked weird with its long stems. It was alright, the potatoes and 1 half sliced tomatoes were banging good. Would I dine here again? Probably not, it was late and we didn’t feel like driving out. This place is also expensive so get ready to shell out some money if you plan on eating here. It costed us around $ 50ish for two entrees with just water. Breakfast is complimentary if you stay at the hotel. They give you passes for the days you stay there. Breakfast is a Buffet style with scrabble eggs, bacon, sausage links, French toast, oat meal with toppings. They also have a station where u can have an omelet made. There’s also cereal station with milk and soy milk. They also have fruits and a bagel station where you put your own bagel and bread in the toaster. Overall it’s ok and it’s boring that they serve the same thing everyday but you can’t really complain when it’s free.

Standard hotel restaurant fare offering a buffet for breakfast and a mix of American dishes for lunch and dinner. Pretty expensive given the quality of foods. This hotel is adjacent to the airport and not much else. If you don’t have a car to get you to your next option, this is the only one within walking distance of the hotel.
