While the RS Collection has unique and beautiful pieces, they are NOT worth the headache. My firm purchased a few pieces back at the end of January and we still have not received them. We have kindly reminded them of their 90 day lead time they quote and their response is «well, it’s roughly 90 days» — really? We are hitting 180+ days, folks. Every time we call we get the run around about where our pieces are etc. Most recently we received an email that they have arrived and will be shipping to our clients. We just spoke to the shipping company and they were not on the order that was picked up. They are still sitting in RS Collection warehouse. We now have a client who is very upset because he feels he has been mislead and we can’t give appropriate answers. RS you should really consider getting your lead times and customer service straight. You are harming our client relationships and it makes us look like we don’t have our act together, when really it’s you. We will never source from RS Collection again.
