I cannot wait until I get my referral taken care of and over with, so I can change primary care physicans. The female doctor is very nice. Although, I waited for about an hour in the room with my three children under the age of three. INSANE. That’s with an appointment. Just to tell her that I needed a referral. The actual appointment was 5 minutes long if that. Then I had issues getting the referral. And the phone operators in the office, just need to be happier. Every time I call they’re in a crappy mood. «Doctors office, how can I help you?» in a voice like (I can’t wait until I get off work today, cause this job sucks.) I was also given blood test results in spanish and I don’t speak spanish at all. They told me I had to start a medication and I am definately going to get a second opinion after I change doctors. I’m not saying they’re a bad doctor, I just hate waiting and I hate rude people.

This doctors office is amazing. Doctor Erica Olivera is really professional and explains everything very well. I came here super sick after another doctor didn’t do all the proper tests and she gave me some free samples that really helped me out. Also, they send any prescriptions to your pharmacy online so you don’t need to go out of your way to drop it off, you can just pick it up.
On top of all of that, they have a website that all patients can log into and check out their test results, any prescriptions, request a refill, your allergies, requesting a doctors appointment, and much more. I’m glad I found this doctors office because try are awesome.
