Safe House was very fast and professional. Manny was very knowledgeable and was present for all phases of our recent (May 2015) windows repairs in Doral, FL. After receiving several bids, Safe House was reasonable but what really convinced us was his ability to communicate well, (perfect English and Spanish) and the fact that we knew we could trust him. His men were very clean and respectful of our home and all of the work was done very quickly and efficiently. I recommended Manny to a close friend who is replacing all of her windows, sliding doors, etc and I know they will be just as satisfied.

so this crap weather got me thinking about hurricanes and i realized i never wrote a review on one of the best investments i ever made… high impact windows.
when i moved into my home, the windows were super old and most didnt even have locks. instead of replacing those old windows and getting shutters i decided to go for the splurge and get high impact windows.
i had a nightmarish experience with the first company i dealt with and had to wait to get a full refund from them before i could start my order with manny at safe house. manny was nice enough to get my order going with a small deposit.
they were super professional from start to finish. they gave me the quote, were able to match the first company’s price by offering a discount.
they ordered the windows. everything was on time. the installation was complete within one afternoon. they were clean and neat. had dade county inspectors come out to make sure everything was legit.
my uncle is an architect and was super impressed with their work, the amount of screws, caulking, precision, etc.
i am super happy with my new windows, they keep noise out, keep my home cooler, and most importantly they have locks and make me feel safe!
