Schenley Park refers to a neighborhood west of Coral Gables but is also indeed a park! Driving down Red Road, you’ll see the ground start to slope down and it almost looks like a crater hit the earth and left an imprint that is now this park. As you’ll see from the photos, it’s pretty simple, but quite serene in its own way. There are several large trees that provide the area with lots of shade and rocks that make for great seats. While there are no picnic tables, there are a couple of trashcans if you decide to create a picnic scene here yourself. Parking is simply found on the side of the road. Overall, if you’re looking for a relaxing spot to read a book or get some fresh air in the neighborhood, this isn’t a bad bet!
