Sea Tech Trailers

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any dealer/​manufacturer I’ve ever dealt with. Owner flat out refused to change the dimensions on a trailer (a custom built trailer) even though the way he delivered it would void the warranty on my hull.
I went to their store and pleaded with an employee to please change them for me, he promised me the trailer would be to my specifications and that I could pick it up right away. When I brought it home and measured it, the dimensions were off. I again pleaded with the owner to fix the trailer which I paid for to the dimensions I requested and again he refused.
Come to find out I was stuck In the middle of a pissing contest between the boat manufacturer and this trailer company. When I called back to plead for the change a final time I was cursed at and had the phone hung up on me two different times in the same day. Spend your money anywhere else, a truly disappointing experience.
