I would give less than 1 star if it were available. First, I had an appointment and my car was completed about 4 hours later. The wait time to pay once the car is completed is insane. The appointment was to replace the front two tires. One week later, one of the front tires began leaking air. Took my car in and my camera was stolen from the car. Also, my car had oil stains all over my leather seats, door and steering wheel. I do not recommend Sear Auto Parts in Miami International Mall. The people there are rude and their customer service is terrible. Also, the employees there are not trustworthy with personal items left in the car. Too bad they stole the SD card with the camera with over 3,000 pictures of my children. Wish they would have kept the camera and left the SD card in car. Very upsetting to have these kind of people working for a company like Sears.

Most tend to write reviews when they are upset about something but don’t write one when they get excellent service. I shopped around for new tires at several major tire chains plus wholesale clubs and got a far better deal at Sears Not only was the prices better but I received $ 100 in shop your way points that I just spent. The service was outstanding, the salespeople were attentive and patient. Yes, it took quite some time for my car to be ready but I expected that on a Saturday without an appointment. Thank you for the great service!

I don’t know about the other employees there (as other reviews seem to point out aren’t that great at service) but I was fortunate enough to have a man named Robert help me out. He went above and beyond to deliver service. He was very kind and knowledgeable. It’s really hard to find anyone in the auto repair industry that is honest and has YOUR best interest in mind and it’s even harder to find that in Miami but Robert surpassed all expectations. I’ve had my car maintained at other Sears and the service is never really that great but you get what you pay for and there is the whole convenience factor there. Anyway, I know I’ll be coming back to this Sears auto repair center because of the exceptional customer service I received.

I would give no stars if allowed. Called ahead for two tire change job. This should have only taken an hour max. Arrived at 3 for appointment. To happily find out they would take a check for payment. After two hours Im called that I will need to order order & replace several bolts. My car & 2 tires done car at 8pm closing time. Had to stomp my ground after I was told register closed for check payments. Horrible experiance…

Brought car in to have battery tested after I noticed corrosion on terminals. Clerk explained to me that they charge $ 19.99 to test the battery. I asked him whether or not they clean the terminals before they test. He gave me a smart ass remark… «That is the only way we can test the battery properly, sir.» Battery test comes back bad, but in addition the tech recommends changing oil and fuel system service. I question how they checked the oil as I just had it changed the day before. The clerk gives me a dumbfounded look. So I go outside and pop the hood and check the oil… What do I see? The terminals on the battery are still covered w corrosion!!! They take the car back in and when I get it back the car won’t even start. Never again!

I used to take my car here for oil changes and tire rotations. However, I recently started changing my own oil and noticed that only 2,000 miles after a supposed synthetic oil change at Sears Auto, the oil drained pure black. I pay the increased cost for synthetic so this really shouldn’t be happening unless they skimped and didn’t do the job properly (or at all). I also noticed that the oil filter installed on my car wasn’t the K&N filter that I brought in and asked them to use. These factors together make me really uncomfortable trusting my car with them and I won’t be coming back.
The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because one time I was there one of the mechanics got into a fight with a customer and headbutted him. While unfortunate for the customer, it was a pretty funny for me as an observer.

I took my car to this location for the 1st time this past Saturday. I must say that I am extremely satisfied with the service it was really fast and the service technician had a positive attitude. I definitely recommend this location! I will be back for my next tire rotation! Good Job!

Love the location, its convenient. Service is just OK, these guys don’t seem to happy to be there. I do bring my car in for oil and recently a rear differential lube change.
They are relatively quick and give you what you paid for. I usually bring the car in early so I don’t hit the rush, I can’t comment on how bad that would be, so the speed in service is based on non-​rush hours. They will always call you with a suggestion for extras.
There really isn’t anything exciting to say. They get the job done, are priced as everyone else, not expensive, not cheap.
It works for me.
