Outstanding experience! Friendly, knowledgable and professional has been my experience with the gentlemen (and women) at SAI. I have purchased two firearms and have used them for a FFL transfer in the two years that I have known about them. They carry used firearms from estates and consignments which is what I have an interest in (I collect high end classic rifles and pistols). They know their stuff and are willing to educate and negotiate with customers, which says a lot to me about any business. SAI is a quality gun shop that will continue to receive my business.

I just needed some 9 mm ammo, and these guys were the closest. They have a location convenient to Palmetto Bay and Pinecrest. Even though I had a small purchase, they were very friendly and helpful. Ended up having a long discussion about various types of firearms, and they gave me the location of a nearby outdoor shooting range that I was unaware of. These guys are alright.

A great group of guys with an even greater attitude. Luis, Jimmy, Ozzie et. al. run a great place and always– and I mean always, have their clients in mind.

Ammo is OVERPRICED and no good.
Every time I walk in there usually what would appear to be un-​happy Customers. By their grumpy looking faces, customers are never satisfied with their. –that is a sign!!!
They do not have any form of customer service. Management is a joke here. The employee Jimmy is sloppy and never seems to know what is going on; you know the type who’s always dazed and confused.
On rainy days the store is well decorative with buckets of water from the many leaks the roof has. At times, The roof looks like it’s about to cave in.
They test fire their guns in the back room into stacks of phone books which is a massive hazard.
Paperwork is everywhere; this place is messy including the back rooms!
SAI is outdated and needs to be remodeled by the professionals from stores with designs not the garbage or good will.
They are snakes so they try and squeeze every penny left out of you when you are placing a gun or rifle on consignment.
This store seems more like a consignment shop verses an actual Gun and Ammo store! So again save yourself the headache, please Think twice before coming here!
