Great services and very professional staff. Have been a client for a few years. Rosie B is wonderful and does a great job at giving the perfect cut. The facials are amazing as well and the nail services are great!

Rosi Buffone Gell, An absolute sweetheart who’s professionalism and skills shows in all her work. I’ve been with Rosi approximately 7 yrs, and even followed her as she changed Salons. Her expertise with me is Highlights, root touch up (every 4 weeks).Cut & Blow dry. Never has Rosi cancelled an appointment or made me wait. My natural color is black and I’ve been blonde since I’ve been with Rosi. No one could tell that I’m not a natural blonde.
Yesterday I referred a dear friend and received this text from my friend regarding Rosi. «Love her, Love her, Love her, best hair I’ve ever had done. Quick, awesome and inexpensive».
As to the staff, they are very kind and friendly offering something to drink and cookies. The receptionist is always willing to accommodate my schedule and has even call me back if she has a time that suits me better.

I have been going to this salon for a couple of years now and love it. They are staffed with hair care professionals, make-​up artist and nail care professionals. Many services are offered and delivered professionally. Clients are received in a friendly manner from the moment you arrive by reception and staff. Throughout your appointment you are offered refreshments, coffee and pastries. Rosi, Hair Care Professional has always and continues to provide excellent service. Your hair is washed and massaged in a way that you do not want to leave your chair! I always leave the salon with gorgeous hair and very pleased. My daughter is also a client and is very happy. I will continue as a customer and have recommended my friends as well.

I can’t comment on their actual work because I never had the chance to experience it, but I can comment on my experience leading up to my appointment. I made an appointment for 6:30 to get a gel manicure for a trip I was going on the next day. I had called the night before to confirm my appointment. I left work early and spent an hour and a half battling traffic to get there in time, which I did, only to be told that my appointment was at 6 because they close at 7. When I first made the appointment I was told they close at 8, which is what I also saw online. I had to call around and find another salon that would fit me in at such short notice thanks to the unprofessionalism I experienced at this place. The salon is nice but I do not recommend it if you want a reliable place to go.

Long time customer no more… Really disappointed in this place. The front desk reception is so rude she sounds like she’s doing you a favor by giving you an appointment. I hated calling to make an appointment it would give me anxiety!!!
Also don’t bother to arrive on time to your appointment you will wait until they are done chatting or if they have the decency to arrive before you. No management on site so the stylists and reception do whatever they want. Most recently was having my hair done and full blown fashion show was happening in the middle of the salon. These women were trying on clothes and walking around as if there was nobody else there!!! What kind of nonsense is that ??
One of the stylists a «man» no less washed my hair and he was so rough and laughed when I told him he was being to rough! Then the two other stylists made it seem as if it was no big deal!!! I’m a customer who paid good money to get great service and that is not what I received. He was soooo lucky I didn’t send him to hell that day. Plus they need to get their prices straight. I can go in today for one service and come back for another and they still charge me the same ??? How is that possible for different service and sometimes form less work!!! I am so sick of it it’s a joke already I am so glad I have found another salon!!!

These people need to just clean up their act and hire PROFESSIONALS!!!

I was a customer at Serendipity many, many years ago with a girl that did acrylics. She ended up leaving so I never went back cause she was the only one that did a acrylics at the time. My mom and sister do their nails with Candy and they loved her. My sister drew me back with a gift certificate for a mani/​pedi. I didn’t have an appointment so I had to wait about 15 minutes. The girl that did my services is Yosmely? My apologies but I honestly can’t remember how to spell it. Her pedicure was fantastic and her manicure was great. She told me right away if I feel anything or see anything to tell her right away. I wish their pedicure chairs actually gave massages. I wish the place want so incredibly loud but then again what can you do in a Hispanic salon where almost nobody speaks English. It’s pretty cool that they make café Cubano every hour or so– twice while I was there. All in all a good experience and it’s close to my house. I’ll be back.

I had a great experience. Michelle did my nails, a fabulous job. They also do hair, make-​up, facials… Extremely clean and an modern. I will be back!
