Dear Shell Rapid Lube,
My fiancé and I have come here on a couple of occasions to get my car’s oil changed, check on the brakes, etc. Your location is not far from our house and right next to my hair salon, so it’s a convenient drop off with access to walk around and do things and not be stuck in your waiting room.
The service here is excellent — super friendly and pretty fast. The cars are taken in order from the drive-​thru lanes, which are located behind the store. I’ve noticed that no matter how overwhelming the line looks, it moves quick, which is a major plus. The mechanics here are skilled in other services that aren’t necessarily offered, so for other issues I always ask to see if it is something your guys can handle. I was able to get a great referral to have my brakes fixed, which made me happy.
The best part of having the oil changed here is that you also have the car washed at the place next door as a complimentary service. Oil change and free car wash in less than an hour… Who can beat that?!

I have been taking my cars to this shell rapid lube for years. But lately the price keeps going up and up and up. I took my car for an oil change the other day and ask them how much it would be. They told me $ 34.99. The bill ended up being $ 46.00. They didn’t advise me of any additional charges before starting the work. I will not take my cars there anymore. I will say their service is good and they are fast.

Someone reccomended this place to me when I become frustrated with the long waits at the dealership service department that I’ve been going to since I bought my car. Sure, it was five bucks more expensive than at the dealership, but totally worth it since they give you a free car wash at the car wash next door with your receipt for an oil change.
In exactly twenty minutes I had my oil changed, fluids topped off, and my car washed and dried.
