This mini-marketplace is easy to miss! It’s right next to the Crab & Seafood Bros off of 441. It’s also known as Cuisine Creole Restaurant & Bakery. When I walked in, there was line of patrons getting their food to go /picking up from the hot food section. They had an assortment of meats — turkey, pork, chicken, oxtail, etc for you to choose from. A few things were out front and a several other items were made to order. They also had sodas, juices and water for sale. The menu was printed for you to look at while waiting. My mom instantly knew she wanted the creole-caribbean rice and beans. She inquired about the oxtail but chose the turkey anyways. Great choice! It wasn’t dry ATALL. It was seasoned very well. The rice and beans had great flavor — my mom was happy lol. I did not see much of a bakery. They had a few items — some cakes and pastries. There’s a dining area for those that do not want to take their food to go. There was a TV with the nightly news. Behind the dining area was a little section where they sell(what looked like) CDs, DVDs and other little handy electronics. Definitely wanna come back to try their other entrees!
