Sir Galloway Dry Cleaners

Don’t know if my review is fair because I almost never give anyone 5 stars, which to me is like the Medal of Honor that almost nobody can measure up to. While I don’t pay that much attention to price I’m always greeted by friendly staff with attentive service. Laundry is done when they say it will be done and appreciate the email notifications. As far as quality I have no complaints but do take ultra high end stuff to Rey’s $$$$ mostly out of habit. One thing that I’ve noticed is that I never see anyone at the counter complaining. To me that says a lot. I would definitely recommend Sir Galloway to anyone.

I can’t say enough about Sir Galloway. Not only is the quality of the work they do top-​notch, but their after-​service support is beyond incredible. Normally, when you have a tough stain or a button fall off, you end up arguing with your cleaner about who is responsible. At Sir Galloway, they will do anything they need to do to make things right with their customers. This attitude permeates at every level of the company. For me, that will make me a lifelong client.

Wonderful service. Yes a little pricey but you get what you pay for. I have used other dry cleaners in the passed. I have gotten very frustrated with them because most of the people don’t speak English.

Please be aware the prices are not listed on the website or in the store for a reason.
They charge a price based on the brand. I took in a suit and two dresses in to get pressed. One (no-​name) dress cost an amount equal to two mixed drinks at a sit-​down restaurant in Miami.
The other dress, which was a Ralph Lauren dress, was charged more than double that. There weren’t any special embellishments, it’s a polyester blend dress that needed the wrinkles pressed, and nothing more. No stains, no rips, no tears, no blemishes. It was a new dress. I felt completely disenfranchised and ripped off. When I asked the cashier, she told me the reason it was charged such an astronomical amount is because it’s a Ralph Lauren dress. Nothing more. The no-​name dress was a more difficult material, had more fabric, had a special design, and it was significantly less. Never again.

Kudos to the staff at Sir Galloway! They turned what could have been an awful situation wonderful. They have gone above and beyond to remove stains from one of my blouses, always with a smile on their face and always friendly. They have even offered to remove the black straps from my white blouse so the black doesn’t run into the white while being cleaned then they will sew the straps back on. Now that’s customer service.

Great! They dry clean, press clothes, and alter. They also deliver. It took less than a week to get one dress altered and three dry cleaned and delivered to my door. I will not be going anywhere else any time soon, even though this place is a bit a of a drive for me.
