I absolutely love how Sir Galloways staff is so helpful and polite when you walk into any of their stores in Miami. They also do such an amazing job at repairing or cleaning any type of clothing that needs fixing! So impressed and happy with this dry cleaners, wouldn’t go to any other one!

Update to my last review:
Lucrecia, the store manager reached out to me yesterday. She was very sweet and professional and explained to me that it was an error on the stores part to charge the amount I was charged. Apparently the system they have in place is to assume that any long dress is an evening gown, and that they will be reviewing the pricing to further clarify the differences between dress styles.
She refunded me the entire $ 46 and even gave me her personal cell phone number to reach out to her if I ever needed anything like this again.
I appreciate Sir Galloway taking the time and effort to resolve this matter.

Good dry cleaners, excellent service, obnoxiously expensive. I go out of my way logistically to take my dry cleaning here because they are the best in Miami. I’ve had bad experiences with many other cleaners in the area: shrunken clothes, lost clothes, dirty stores, limited hours. No such issues with Sir Galloway. So, they’re the best but competition is weak.

Crazy over priced. $ 24 for 2 pairs of slacks. (online advertised priced $ 8.00). Forced me to fill out a page full of infomration to «set up an account“RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! Overpriced. Will NEVER go there again. Those thieves smile at you as they violate you and steal your money.
