Smoothie King

Although I’ve only been here twice the 5 rating is due to the friendliness and politeness of the staff. I’ve been greeted each time I entered the store. My very first visit, I was given a compliment on how nice my suit and tie ensemble was. Wow! That really made my day and made me smile. Based on what I was feeling they made a superb recommendation, that I was very pleased with.
This store aside from the friendliness of the staff is very clean as well. Very well organized and merchandise displayed well and appealing.

Average smoothie. Good but not great, service is average, the smoothies don’t feel natural, maybe they use concentrates… Prices are average, they have a good variety of smoothie tastes. But as I said, good but not great.

Smoothie king Always making amazing smoothies… But whoever owns this joint (Yes Jimmy, talking to you) really needs to know a little more about customer service!!! I’ve been here 3 times on weekends and every time I come here I see the same 18 year old doing everything alone… I’m standing here in line and there are easily over 10 people here looking to order and pick up there smoothies!!! To move 3 orders through the line takes over 20 minutes since she has to take all the orders herself, run the register, make the smoothies, clean the machines after each smoothie is made and then also restock more fruits. What if she needs to go to the bathroom??? How about all the crap she takes from customers that blame her for the lack of device… As a business owner this would never happen at my business… In these 20 minutes I’ve been here two people have walked out because the line was too long… (I’m guessing)…to save an extra $ 1,000 a month on another college student, this definitely does not make financial sense. Do the cost benefit analysis!!! I bet a ton of people go across the street just because they know they will be here for 20 minutes for smoothie. Use that business brain of yours Jimmy!!!

Gladiator is the best!

Always friendly prompt service whenever I arrive– aside from getting varying amounts of different ingredients (sometimes my peanut power plus smoothie tastes more like peanut butter, sometimes more like strawberry) it’s perfect! And as you can see, the ingredient issue REALLY isn’t an issue! Rawk on!

This is an awesome smoothie king! There’s parking in the back. The employees are really nice too! Of course the smoothies are great. I’m hello, it’s smoothie king. Need I say more?

This smoothie king has opened up recently and my wife and I have been there for the last couple of weekends.
This place is GREAT! We have tried different smoothies, both the protein ones and the fruit ones and they are all great.
Best one is lean1, either chocolate or vanilla, with peanut butter and the diet down enhancer, DELICIOUS!!!
