Build your own pasta dishes-just like only of my fave spots in Venice(Dal Moro’s Fresh Pasta to Go). Anyway. I stopped in at Spaghetto to buy some fresh(raw) pasta to go. I walked out with a large box filled with fettucini for only $ 3.99 – awesome! The Italian chef was super friendly and explained how to best cook the pasta at home, as fresh pasta cooks a bit differently than its dried counterparts. Long story short, the pasta was delicious and I would love to return for more varieties as well as some of the chef’s own dishes. Unfortunately, I think this location may unfairly suffer because it’s a few blocks removed from the general brickell/downtown lunch scene. Nevertheless, I’ll be back and I will bring friends!

I would recommend this place for anyone who appreciates tasty home made pasta at a reasonable price. However avoid the chicken parm which is actually grilled chicken in sauce. The chef was fab, recommending his favorite dishes and gave us desserts on the house. Will defiantly return.

Awful service. I waited over an hour for my delivery only to find out that they cancelled my online order because they felt like closing early — without notifying me or Eat24 of course. They’ve since been removed from other food delivery sites. Their unprofessionalism is unreal.

An hour later and still waiting on the delivery guy, food was very dry and overpriced for the quality .I will never order again from here.

I went to Spaghetto for the first time today. It was highly recommended. The greeter/register person was coughing all over the place, including the kitchen area. I pointed this out as this can be a problem in a restaurant. Then, I was told a particularly low price for what I ordered(it was a special), but the bill came to $ 18, but then dropped to $ 16. The place was not busy and I noticed the coughing employee was attentive to the other tables refreshing the bread baskets regularly. I, however, did not get bread. The bowl of pasta was generous in size(big ziti with alfredo and chicken). The dish was horrible. No taste. Sauce was runny and the chicken looked like the type you can dice up from the grocery store. I got up and left.

Great little place with A+ pasta quality. The portions are very generous even when I got the small size. It feels very homey and authentic but very simple at the same time. Nothing mind blowing which is what makes it good, in a way. Sometimes you just need a good, delicious and satisfying pasta dish and that’s what you can get at Spaghettos!

One and done. I tried the fettuccine with bolognese… A classic. However the noodles where way passed al dente and the sauce lacked depth. It’s very plain and American. Maybe a good choice for a picky eater but I was really disappointed.

Great Pasta fresca, with a lot of combinations between pasta and sauces, and the most amazing USA homemade bread! Very nice place, kind staff, parking nearby. Believe me, I’m italian

I placed an order over the phone, after an hour I called and their excuse was that the delivery guy did not answer his phone to take the food. Ridiculous, they didn’t even try to make up for the lost hour I waited starving for food. Bad customer service. Never ordering from here again!

This place is just bad. Bad service. Bad food. They were out of the specials. Bugs in the water. Stay away.

I really wish this was a good review I was writing but unfortunately it’s not. Had a yen for pasta for lunch and I decided to give Spaghetto’s downtown Miami location a try. I should have known it wasn’t going to be a good experience when the woman on the phone didn’t understand English and I had to keep repeating myself. I should have told her to forget it when I asked for Mozzarella cheese on my pasta and she said they didn’t have any. What kind of Italian restaurant doesn’t have mozzarella cheese? Of course everything was extra — pasta one price, sauce another, cheese topping another, even garlic bread was extra. Well the buccatini carbonara was a dry clump of pasta with hardly and sauce and cold. The«garlic bread» was a lame — dry, cold and no garlic to speak of. Even the plastic fork they sent was too flimsy to eat with. I paid over $ 13 dollars not including tip for the worst lunch I’ve had in ages. Avoid Spaghetto like the plague. Overpriced and terrible food.

Good quick lunch in Downtown near the Miami Ave. Metromover. You choose from a ton of different pastas, then sauces, and finally a protein on top if you’d like. The server was really nice & attentive for a table of 8. We all got a variety of dishes and everyone was satisfied(I was stuffed). The tiramisu and panna cotta was DELICIOUS!

This is a great casual spot for some fast pasta downtown. And unlike most restaurants in Miami, the customer service here is responsive, and the staff is really friendly.

The owner stopped by our office today with an assortment of pastas to try. All of them were delicious and tasted very fresh. The ravioli with pink sauce was divine. So was the tortellini with alfredo. Can’t wait to stop by the restaurant soon! Currently offering a bottle of wine with dinner for free! Plus free parking after 7pm

I found this restaurant today by mistake. I went with a classmate, and we absolutely LOVED the food. I had the mushroom ravioli and he had the cheese tortellini. We shared a tiramisu. The prices are awesome, the waitress was super sweet, and the owner even asked us how we liked the food. I’m going tomorrow with my husband. Definitely my new favorite pasta restaurant!

Awful overcooked boxed pasta. Sauce tasted like something out of a bottle… the meat was obviously frozen. To make it worse they essentially advertise they DON’T make fresh pasta. Every table is «decorated» with glasses of dry boxed pasta in a wine glass. What the hell is wrong with you people? I can buy a box of pasta for 1.99, you don’t have to rub it in my face that I just paid you 18 dollars for 1⁄8th of that box.

Well, I have to say I’m impressed with the way they’ve handled my complain. Monday I received an apologetic text from the Manager and an offer to make the same dish I had previously ordered for FREE so I could give them another try. I not only received it delivered to my office, but I received a complementary muffin as well. I finally got the tasty pasta I was craving from the beginning… creamy pesto sauce, little chunks of chicken breast and plenty of it, I was happy with my meal(as well as my taste buds)! But, even more satisfied on the way the Spaghetto’s Manager handle the situation. That is real customer service. I’m definitely going back!

Had lunch there today for the first time. I tried the special which was spicy meat and mushrooms over pasta. Well the pasta was over cooked and the meat was mealy and dry, overall the dish has very little flavor. A medium portion of this and a bottle of water was $ 13. I was hoping this place would be better, I like supporting local businesses. I may give them one more chance, but otherwise I will walk down the street to Tre and get a much better meal…

This place is brand spanking new in the downtown area. This is a fast food pasta place with a twist. You order your pasta type, sauce and serving size which will determine your price. The type of pasta varies but is fresh, and cooked al-dente which is good. The only thing they need to work on is their sauce prep. I understand that each dish is being sauteed by a chef but if I ask for pink sauce it should not be red. Carbonara should not be watery or thin, especially if I am paying $ 2.00 extra for that privilege. I have been there about four(4) time and have tried spaghetti with different sauce combinations. I have also tried all serving portions which is well suited for those who like more or less. If they can tighten up their sauces and be a little more transparent with their pricing they could make it. Just a quick update this place has improved and the cashier is a very attentive and customer oriented.
