I dont like coffee, weird i know. I usually order a Frappuccino, however the reason i keep coming back is because of the service, there’s nothing like it in any of the other locations ive been to, in particular Carlos, he’s always recommending me new drinks to try and just goes above and beyond in his service with all customers. I come for the Fraps but I stay for the service!

I love this Starbucks, it is very close to my house, the only thing that it lacks is a drive thru.
The staff is always fast and friendly, the environment is clean. There are plenty of tables to study or just chill

Absolutely love this place. I love coming here to study and enjoy a caffeine fix with an occasional snack. The staff is friendly and get your order completed quickly. They always ask for my name, which is refreshing because, I know they all should, but most Starbucks I’ve been to, don’t. They just make your drink and move along. It’s also always very clean and tidy. Definitely recommend this location to anyone!

This is the second Starbucks I tend to visit (since near my inv laws). The staff is mostly made up of young people, but they are all good at what they do, and I am always pleased with service and coffee.
I do prefer the one near my home (kendall and 165), as not too many people hang out there to study.
NOTE: I find that at this particular location, people park themselves there for hours, leaving maybe one table for others.

I have a Starbux Gold Card, I know about the secret menu, I’m a coffee aficionado. I love my Starbux. The Baristas here are absolutely amazing. I’ve never had an issue with the food. I stopped coming in before work due to parents from the adjacent school taking ALL the parking. The shopping center does absolutely nothing about it and neither does Starbucks. I’m in a hurry to get to work or a meeting and I can’t get to where I’m going since most of the parents take all the parking up front. There are parents that are patrons yes. However there are many that take advantage and show little regard for everyone else. There are plenty of spaces elsewhere on the other side of the store where they can park.
I give the Baristas not five stars but 10. It’s the parking in the mornings that I just can’t be bothered with!

I’m not big into coffee, I know… I’m weird, but I do love me some Starbucks. Usually go for the caramel frap, whip cream on top with caramel over it… yuuuuum. Ok parking, staff is courteous enough and I’ve never had an issue with any of my orders. This location is close to me so I end coming back here regardless.

This is a decent Starbucks. I like it because I feel like they have their own little family of baristas. They have a nice group and everyone is always accommodating. I messed up one morning (it was early) and ordered my drink wrong and they quickly remade it for me without hassle. Many people come here study or look like their studying I’m not sure. Free wifi, coffee, good service.

I LOVE my local starbucks family. Everyone there knows me by name and they almost always have my drink ready by the time it is my turn in line. Any time that you tell them you have had a bad experience, they are quick to issue you a complimentary voucher for next time, no questions asked. I remember one time, someone else took my drink. It was my fault for not paying attention so I asked them to make me another, they not only did that, but they gave me a free drink voucher citing that they should have been paying attention. I don’t know how they could do that being that there was only 2 of them and at least 10 customers but I appreciated that they took the blame for my drink being taken. Not something that they had to do. These group of people thrive on customer service. Highly recommend!

I’ve come here often to study. With the right headphones and white noise, you’ll be able to get some stuff done. It get’s pretty packed in the late afternoon so it’s kind of hard to find a table. The internet is EXTREMELY slow, so good luck being productive on the internet, or shall I say unproductive? What can I say? It’s your everyday run-​of-​the-​mill Starbucks. Staff is nice and the store is kept clean.

This starbucks is in a busy shopping center, so expect to wait a while for service or to find parking for that matter. Barista was knowledgeable and did not screw up my order, so thumbs up for him!

The baristas are personable and nice and they make good coffee but the wifi here is painfully-​slow. Usually always has people reading, socializing, or on their tablets/​computer. Good place to take a few minutes to decompress.

This Starbucks has the best service, tons of seating, and is always buzzing with a young professional crowd. It’s also a stop for many parents, during the school year. My daughter and I love it here.

Good service and coffee that you’ve come to expect from Starbucks. The baristas are great and are always willing to remake your drink till it’s perfect. They get a little busy around 8 but they tend to be pretty quick overall.

Starbucks prices are a bit high but you get what you pay for. Internet, nice seats, light, wall outlets, and light music.
All these things cost money.
The food is always fresh and coffee is also good of coarse. Everything here is good guys. My favorite are the muffins. These are to die for.
Hope you have the same experience I have always had here.

I love starbucks but this store has me torn. All I can say your experience at this store will vary depending on who’s working. The women of this store ALL have an attitude (correction: Major attitude) and come off cold. There are two older gentleman who work there … They both try to flirt with me (just a little creepy).
It seems rest of this staff consists of guys with beards (not that a problem). Funny enough it is this band of misfit pirate look-​a-​likes that are the reason I come back several times a week to get my white moka frap. They always seem to be in the midst of the funniest conversations and seem to like their job because it shows. The guy with the tats makes the best frappuchinos .
This store always seems packed and the parking can turn disastrous if you come when parents are dropping off or picking up kids from the near by schools.
it’s not the best place to study btw. to many distractions.

A lot of negative reviews– really?! I’ve never had a problem here and they have never messed up my order (Java chip). Sure the staff likes to talk to each other and maybe they’re not the friendliest people BUT they work at Starbucks– how would you feel?! Not a bad place to work but I’m sure they’re over coffee.
This places rarely has a line and there is plenty of parking. They recently added a couple seats outside if you ever want to enjoy the Miami weather.

The worst has happened. Instead of America being rampaged by zombies, corporate America has conquered every few corners of Miami in the form of mocha frappuccinos.
Pros of this Starbucks: fast and friendly service, good place to relax, good distance from nearby communities, lots of parking
Cons: It’s Starbucks! Pricy.

I see a lot of negative reviews about this starbucks but I’ve never had a bad experience here. I come here often, since its right in between my house and my best friends house. We love to do breakfast here every now and then.
The staff has always been polite and I specially love them because they always have Mallorca Sweet Bread.
They service is pretty fast and I’ve never had a problem finding a couch to sit in and talk. It is a bit dark inside, but not in a creepy way at all! It sets the mood for coffee and conversation,

Great location and friendly staff! I had written a not so friendly review a few years ago but since then they have new staff and really great service! They have added sitting areas outside and there’s always comfy areas to sit inside too. They also have a nice bar area to sit at. I’ve made it my favorite location to get a Salted Caramel Mocha at. They make it perfect everytime!!! :)
