Sure why not since they are close to my office, great location, decent staff members and consistent taste. Not much area to eve give negative comment, but of course nothing super outstanding to give 5 stars which is actually good for them to be more consistent than up and down. I am on my way there now from Brickell Village.

The staff here is so very amazing. They may be constantly cheery, humorous and fast. All the regulars are greeted by name and offered reductions we don’t always deserve. My one criticism is that there’s not a ton of interior seats and sitting outside tends to divert me with uproarious Miami classic people watching.

I am a true loyal Customer of Starbucks. The Mary Brickell Village location has the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. Today I put the end to ever going here again!!! Ten Thumbs down to the staff as well as management

The place was dirty, last time a homless stole my coffee, i was sitting outside with some friends and i went to the trashcan to trow a dirty napking.
The poor guy i guess was hungry but he didn’t ask, just took my cup.
The staff is nice, they replace the coffee and said they were sorry, but still a bad experience.

Just another starbucks only issue with the place is that it’s constantly busy. so do expect to wait however still great starbucks coffee!

This place was very busy and the girls working behind the counter were earning their living today! I don’t know if this is the norm or not but I would highly recommend using their app to order online thereby quelling your own frustration whilst bypassing the overly needy people in the queue. (I’m talking about the unicorn. You know — that pre-​madonna who NEEDS a non fat soy whatever with an extra shot of sugar free syrup thats gonna hold up everyone).
I did it this way and my drink was done much sooner than the placeholder customer I kept my eye on in line as part of my experiment to judge which method was faster. SPOILER: it was much faster using the app.

Conveniently located in Mary Brickell Village, this Starbucks is usually packed with people working on their computers and quite loud inside. It’s often hard to find seating if you just want to hang out here. Sundays seem to be quieter compared to other days, lines are much shorter. They’re pretty quick with orders and the staff is friendly.

My old haunt when I first moved to Florida. I can recount the hours I spent here using their free wifi, sipping on a venti black iced tea with a splash of lemonade, sobbing into my packed lunch while I applied for jobs there hours upon hours.
This is a perfect location in the middle of Brickell, or at least the part of Brickell I lived in. Across the street from Mary Brickell Village, this location is usually busy, but never so busy where you feel like you need to leave without ordering.
The staff is fun and always smiling. My order is always right and the drinks are delicious. It’s a great place to beat the heat. Or do what I did and use all their wifi bandwidth.

Really like this location. The baristas really know eager they’re doing. Also, there are several shops nearby for you to visit. There is a lot of outdoor seating which you can use to do some people watching!

I love going to this Starbucks not only because it is close to me, but because my experience here is always so pleasant. The staff is super sweet and friendly which creates such a good energy you can feel as soon as you walk in (not that common in my opinion of Starbucks stores) and they always makes drinks to perfection. My favorite is the green tea frappuchino with extra matcha

Good place to hang out in Mary Brickell village. My cinnamon dolce latte was quite tasty and the staff is very quick. It’s fun watching the construction nearby.

I have recently started a torrid love affair with the iced white chocolate mocha at Starbucks. I have gone as far as contemplating trading my left hand for one but I decided on ordering the syrup so I can make it at home instead…
When I can’t get my fix at home I fantasize about the white chocolate mocha until lunch time when I can escape the evil grasp of my jealous office and head to this Starbucks to fuel my addiction. To my disbelief and dismay there is ALWAYS a line, but can you blame them? There are more addicts in Brickell than just me. Everyone is always friendly and helpful and the line moves quickly. I usually grab a sandwich to go with my coffee and table outside to catch up on my reading. The white chocolate mocha and my book equip me to get through the rest of my day like a happy camper.

The best Starbucks staff ever! Friendliest staff — Richard, Shirley, Jaime… the whole crew is a pleasure to see and start my day with!
The long line moves quickly so it’s never a long wait. Plus I always find someone in line I know, or can atleast chat with, so I barely notice.
I am a die hard fan of the skinny cinnamon dolce latte… it’s a game changer.

Fairly efficient Starbucks. Due to the location, there obviously isn’t a drive through. There is plenty of outdoor seating for customers and also friends due to the location. Coffee is comparable to other Starbucks as it should.

Totally agree with many other reviewers that this is an excellent people-​watching post! It is right in Mary Brickell Village and always really crowded. Still, the staff is friendly and did an awesome job at getting people their orders ASAP. The inside is a little cramped, but there is a decent amount of outdoor seating.

I can’t go rating this place negatively because it’s packed or loud as that is what every business strives for is well, PEOPLE… and people spend money.
Anyways, it’s a great location in the heart of Mary Brickell Village but I would NEVER come here to study. I did once late at around 8 and it was OK (meaning not THAT loud) but they close extremely early for a Starbucks so I really only got to study for a good 30 minutes, bummer.
I came during the day to study, what a joke. It was so loud I could not even hear myself think. I couldn’t imagine actually sitting here for an extended period of time. There are a lot of obnoxious staff members who are extremely loud and equally obnoxious clients who are here to chit-​chat. It’s a starbucks and to quench my thirst or calm me with a nice hot green tea, it does the job. Don’t come here to study or have an intimate conversation, though.
Ps– No restroom. Yeahhhh and hard to get a seat if you DO want to study here.
