Subway

Horrible Subway. Stale bread, bad old food. I ended up getting a sandwich that had mold on in. The service manager was nowhere to be found because she was on her cellphone in the back. The lady that was attending me didn’t understand what I was saying to her — when I was trying explain that part of the break had mold on it. When the manager came up she started yelling at me saying I was wrong and literally threw the bread towards me saying «she could care less if I ever shopped at this subway again».
From this horrible experience I would at this Subway needs to be shut down, or you should just stay away. There are plenty of their good Subways in the area.

It’s true. The employees act like they’re doing you a favor when you ask them to do their job. Mediocre service and product.

This subway doesn’t even deserve one star the manager is horrible I asked to change my bread because it was stale and she fought with me in the store saying I was a liar. Clearly she could have tried it for herself. Everyone on staff here is rude and the manager should honestly not be employed. She didn’t want to make me a new sub after I asked and told me she could care less if I went somewhere else or stopped shopping at subway all together. I really don’t know what’s happened to subway they are showing that they don’t care about their customer by employing people who are nasty and rude

This is a horrible Subway. Avoid at all cost. Just because it is near you do not be tempted to go to it. The food is subpar to say the least. The bread is stale, they also tend to cut the portion size smaller than usual and to top it off the service is horrible. From the employees to the manager — everyone in this subway is really rude and do not care what so ever for the customer. If you are in the area and are craving Subway, drive three more minutes and go to another one. I was with a friend and his sub ended up with a piece of old chicken breast that was clearly spoiled and the manager gave him a fight about making him a new sub. Clearly their service is unacceptable and their food and bread is way below the average standard of any subway in the area.

If u like stale bread, this is the place to go. Just had a tuna sub and the bread would crumble every time i took a bite. Awful.

A lousy subway. I’m just sad its in my neighborhood, not because I love subway but because it reflects poorly on the neighborhood. Bad service mostly. Two stars because it could have been dirtier.

This preggo momma and her babies are happy. I hadn’t had subway in mooooonths and was craving some since last week! This location is small, a bit slow and doesn’t always carry all types of chips I’ve found at other subways, but the sandwiches are still the same as everywhere else. They currently have a holiday customer appreciation deal, you can get a 6″ cold cut combo or a 6″ meatball marinara for $ 2 (I personally never order these but hey, still a sweet discount).

Not coming back even though its close to my house. Probably the only Subway in Miami that doesn’t carry veggie patties. What’s up with that?

Do I really need to tell you guys how this place was?
It’s a Subway. Tasted like any other Subway. Service just like any other Subway filled with either high school kids making your sandwich or people who can’t speak English. I’m alright with both but there’s nothing wow about this place.
It does fill up for lunch hour and there’s only 2 people usually serving and charging people so expect a bit of a wait when coming to this location during busy hours.
P. S.: Open till midnight unlike most Subway locations– score!
