Basically, these guys are jerks. No idea about what customer services is, and their shipping prices are way beyond. Plus, I’ve never seen a credible candy store do this, but they make you«Agree» that if the candy is messed up from shipping by the time it gets to it’s destination, you accept full responsibility. I tried chatting w/their online chat and the person on the other line was EXTREMELY rude. Don’t have an online chat unless you’re willing to use it without being a complete jerk. I hope your business falls down the gutter, that’s how you’re representing it.
