Terrible customer service, I have been to this branch three times, and every time I am dissapointed. This last time I tried to cash a check and was told that I needed to go to my bank first to get a stamp on the suntrust check I was trying to cash. I asked why. I have two forms of ID. A check that was issued by your bank and it is signed by your client. The answer was that they needed to verify my signature. I Showed them my two forms of ID, I signed the check in front of them. But they want me to go to my bank, get a stamp on the check then come back to them, all in order to cash it!!! Be smart and take your money elsewhere!
