Suntrust

This Suntrust is always empty. Also the service is excellent. I highly recommend everybody to open an account and do banking here. Good location but they need to open saturdays.

This bank is horribly sloooooooow. They need to add some more staff. I went on a Thursday afternoon about 1pm just to cash a check. The line was about 10 people deep. There were 3 – 4 people behind the glass, but only one line was open. Not sure what if anything the other people were doing. The customer service line was backed up too. I waited in line for about 20 – 25 mins. While I was waiting, some guy waiting for customer service got up and walked out all pissed off because he had been waiting over an hour. There were only two customer service people. If you are coming here for anything, bring something to read or make sure your phone is charged so that you can leave a bad Unilocal review like me. Or better yet, go to Chase bank down the street. Not recommended!

This location is super convenient, very easy to get in and out having their own parking lot. The building itself is older and very large. My daughter and I have our checking and savings account at this bank. I guess we have been with Suntrust for five years now and I am pleased with their service.
I had to come here because my debit card got blocked and I could not understand why. The very nice man who helped me figured it out quite quickly. A retailer had manually tried charging my debit card a thousand dollars so luckily they flagged our account and would not let it go through. She did it three times. That’s what I get for not really paying attention. I appreciated that Suntrust protected my account and sure it was a pain going in to the bank to straighten out. Well worth the little inconvenience.
Having been to many Suntrust locations, the service has always been stellar. This location is so quick and hassle free. Now if only I could have my husband change our personal account here instead of the awful BB& T.
