Super Star Mobile Grooming

Worse customer service ever!!! Trusted these plp with my Maltese Father and Daughter … Not at the same time (unfortunately, father passed away). Went for over a year to them and this past month was my worst experience they put a bow on my puppy that had some type of glue and her hair turned greenish black … When called to talk to the manager or owner, I was told they would call me back … Several days later I received a call back, I work FULL TIME so I called back as soon as I could with the small time frame I have, I was put on hold and had to hang up due to work. Later on I was able to talk to someone that gave me nothing but excuses. They don’t refund me my money or offer a free service for the terrible job they did! Please don’t take your dog here! They have incompetent customer service and don’t care about the dogs they groom!

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!
They deserve ZERO stars.
They send a non-​English speaking groomer to service me.
I try to communicate with the guy as much as possible.
I tell him MINIMAL shaving the best way I can in spanglish.
When I see my dog he is COMPLETELY naked. No eyelashes, no whiskers, and no fur.
He also has a large cut under his arm.
When I saw my dogs head and panicked he called someone in the office.
The lady goes on to tell me he had to shave it because he was matted.
This place is absurd! My dog was not the least bit matted!
He just didn’t want to take his time and brush his fluffy and curly mane.
I am sure he hurt my dog because he is not acting the same.
My Maltese now looks like a Chihuahua. I am so upset!
I call to get a refund and I am left on hold time after time.
Although it was only $ 45 it is the principal!
I am definitely getting my lawyer involved!

I hate to even give 1 star because they deserve absolutely NONE. HORRIBLE! will never ever use again. They speak no English either, which doesn’t even concern me too much, but when they’re rude and arrogant, that’s when I draw the line. Just plain horrible.

I have tried other grooming places– and they don’t even come close to doing as nice a job as Cathy! My dog smells nice for weeks, and he looks brand new and super clean!!! Best of all he is happy when I pick him up too!!! It is so nice to know that he is being taken care of in every way– thank you for offering us such great service!!!

made the appointment for tomorrow 12 to 5 and the girl said they are coming at 1130 i asked why that early she gave me an attitude said i said to her around 12 i said no after 12 maybe she didnt understand me so i asked for the manager clearly i guessed the customers at this case is not right because she too had a attitude so i said im taking my business elsewhere i guess they dont care but now im happy with someone else who does listen and who does care unlike them !

We always call for their services for our American Bulldog and they do an amazing job. Door to door service without any hassle. Not only do they groom but they also check for ear infections and can provide you with medicine for an inexpensive price. I definitely recommend using them.

I was quoted a price and when they arrived it went up $ 20…bait and switch for 2 dogs. The groomer spoke English and understood everything at first, then all of a sudden he pretended to not understand anything I said and was talking Spanglish. I called the company and they were not helpful at all… I asked for the owner, Perez, and they did not connect me or give me the number. It seems it is up to the groomer to set the price?.. whoever heard of such a thing??? When I called they quoted me a price… when the guy saw the dog said nothing, and 20 minutes later he says something???
After reading the terrible reviews I am glad they did not groom my dogs… I am reporting them to the BBB… Beware!!!

They came to bathe my dog and give my cat a lion cut. They didn’t speak much English.
When I checked on the cat, the groomer was holding him by his leg while he was shaving him. When I got the cat in the house, I saw that one side of the cat’s whiskers were completely cut! This is the only way that cats can see in the dark.
Incompetent!

Made the appointment for three dogs to be groomed gave them all the information. They gave me price and appointment time. Left the little dogs in the truck while coming to door asking for more money.
My two little ones and golden doodle gets cleaned every week because I have allergies. So my dogs are not in bad shape. No English. Hello you live in America don’t you.

Service was good until yesterday when I had to cancel my appointment and the woman that picked up the phone thought she put me on mute, and said this bitch is cancelling her appointment, the person in the background asked who and she stated my whole name, the time of my appointment, And the person that would’ve been grooming my puppy. But don’t worry when she thought she had taken the phone off mute she picked up like she never left the phone asking when would I like to reschedule lol I thought that was hilarious… How about never!

Absolutely the worst experience ever. My dog was bleeding and severely razor burned to the point where I had to rush her to the vet. The groomers spoke ZERO ENGLISH. They were smoking in the grooming van. We had to call the cops because I heard my dog Screaming From outside and they wouldn’t open the door to the grooming truck.
They had no license.
If you are looking to have your animals abused by illegals — use this company.

THESE GROOMERS ARE HORRIBLE!!!
The guy that groomed my dog barely spoke english and when I tried to communicate with him he got upset.
They injured my dogs eye to the point where a big blood clot came over the white of his eyes. I had to take him to the vet who explained it was probably from choking. I had to argue with them to get reimbursed for the doctors fee. It took forever for them to respond to me and I had to call for over two weeks to be acknolwedged.
They had the nerve to tell me my dog was difficult so I when my dog is being groomed I should be in the truck.
I decided to try them again and this time I went into the truck and the groomer was down right abusive. I wonder what he does when the customer is not there.
The ear cleaning was brutal. They put a powder in the dogs ears and then twirled the hair and yanked it out. My poor dog Unilocaled because of all the pain and when I told him to stop he would not and told me let him finish. The handling of the dog was really rough and he tied the cord around his neck so tight I had to stop him to loosen it.
NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEM AND subejct my dog to so much pain.

Today after reading all the good and ugly reviews I decided to not be judegemental and give them the benefit of the doubt. I had Leo as the groomer and he and I discussed what I wanted, and I asked in depth about the terrible reviews. He gave me his explanation which was to my «motherly satisfaction» Marley is my baby, just like many of you have yours.
He does not speak English HOWEVER that did not take away form his egarness to please me and he did !!!
Marley came out with a spectacular grooming, no cuts, no bruises and I am happy to say I will use them again. Sometimes we as humans are too hard on someone at first
impresion and what you give… you shall receive .
I have always caught more flies with honey…

Great service! Amaury was the best and our dog was very happy! It was our first time with them and we will use them again.

We just moved to the area and are very pleased with the mobile service. They were right on time, fast, friendly and did a great job with our golden doodle. The price was right inline with other groomers (or a bit cheaper even) plus we didn’t have to leave her somewhere for five hours.

Horrible service! Left my dog on my porch bleeding from her paw. They charged my credit card and left her outside. They knocked and jumped in their can and just left. I came outside to a van peeling out and my poor little dog in a puddle of her own blood on my porch. I called, they said it was just a nail and they were in a hurry. If I didn’t like the service to stop complaining and go somewhere else. I still can’t believe this happened! Who does that? I’m reporting them and taking legal actions against this company. Good luck if you used them.

Horrible! My first appointment the lady showed up and hour early and gave me a hard time about me not being there. The next time I got the guy who can’t speak English who doesn’t exactly seem to have much of personality but he did a great cut on my dog. So I used them again, this time though he cut every single nail on my dog through her wick. Every single one. My poor dog. I called and the girl I spoke with had no concern. She then asked if I want him to come back and put powder on her nails. No! I don’t want him near my dog! This place is disgusting. They should be shut down.

I gave this place a try about 6 weeks ago and would never use them again – (and that doesn’t take into account the posts I’ve seen online about Buddy the dog being abused (allegedly.) First of all, the groomer showed up and didn’t speak a word of English. The grooming area was absolutely covered in another dog’s fur (the previous client,) and the driver/​groomer obviously didn’t take the 180 seconds necessary to clean his workstation with a vacuum, cloth, and some disinfectant. Once we told him what we wanted him to do, he did the exact opposite. I told him that I wanted him to trim just a little bit off; what I got was a dog that had been shaved down so that just a little bit was left on. My dog had a very tiny cut on her belly from the clippers (and that can happen, but the groomer didn’t make a mention of it to me.) That irked me as I got the impression that he was hoping I wouldn’t notice (perhaps this is an unfair assumption on my part, but given his lackluster performance in other areas, I don’t think it’s an unreasonable stance.) I will say that my dog did not seem as though she had been mistreated — certainly not anything like what Buddy (allegedly) went through. Though now I find myself wondering if she was handled aggressively without any care or concern.
After reading the most recent story of (alleged) abuse and seeing others discuss how poor their experiences with the service have been, I will keep my dog a hundred miles away from this company and I suggest you do the same.

Worst dog grooming I have ever dealt with twice. I had an appointment 3 months ago and they never showed up or called. I gave them another chance now and had an appointment again and 1 hour past and no phone call. They don’t even call you to tell you they are running late. I wasted my time with these people again. Bad service zero stars not even 1!!!’

Although some of the reviews are up and down I don’t have any complaints about Super Star Mobile Grooming. We booked an appointment for our Beagle Yogi to remove his gland, trim his nails, give him a bit of a cut not too much, clean his teeth and a complete bath. In addition, we took care of another beagle who had ticks for about a week so we also wanted to give him a tick treatment just in case he picked up any from messing around or being together. Total package was $ 40 we gave the gentleman an extra $ 10 Tip for his service.
Yogi came back very clean, his teeth were whiter, smelling like a little man with a doggy manicure and all. The groomer said he didn’t have any ticks either. Needless to say, Yogi was in a great mood after everything was done. They did a great job and I wouldn’t mind using them again. No complaints, also they gave him a little bandana as well. STUD STATUS !!!
